Friendly staff (Nico) had exactly what I needed and hooked me up with new strings after I bought the guitar. Everyone else I called was rude, but he was very helpful.

Great store and extremely knowledgeable staff and almost all play a musical instrument. If they dont have an item in stock, they can get it for you quickly. Good selection of musical instruments as well. Its a pleasure to do business with them. When you ask them a question, they know what you are talking about.

Im giving 01 star because I cant give 0 stars. I ordered a Yamaha digital piano online on June 3rd. It was supposed to be delivered in 07 business days. After more than 02 weeks after the order, I hadnt received the piano and not even any message from the store giving me any position or estimated date for the delivery. It wasnt even possible to track my order. I started sending emails to costumer support, to no avail, I always received a standard message informing that the piano was already in backorder. Almost one month later and many messages after, I received an email of an employee saying they would check with their Supervisor, which, would check with the Order Dept. about the order status. After two days of waiting I had not received any updates of the situation, and they stoped answering my messages. On the 1st of July, almost one month later after the purchase, I called customer support. The assistant gave me the same standard message: The piano is still in backorder, with no estimated delivery date. This made me extremely upset, and I decided to cancel my order. I felt extremely disrespected by this company, mainly due to them not informing at the time of purchase that it would take so long, and by the complete lack of support and information. I would definitively not recommend this store to anyone.

I signed my daughter up for beginner violin lessons and out of 8 weeks of lessons 3 were cancelled - one of them we sat and waited for 25 min before they said the teacher wasnt coming. I understand that emergencies happen once in a while but it turned out to be way more of a hassle to try to schedule make up classes or get my money back. Very unreliable and disappointing.Also many times I was told I would receive a phone call about make up lessons or refunds and I always ended up having to reach out to figure out what was going on. Would not recommend for their lessons services!

We were out in the area killing time and had decided to got to the comic store next door. Upon arrival I remembered that I had wanted to bring my youngest here after seeing them the last time I was here and they were with me. We wandered in here first and were greeted immediately. We took our time and perused just about everything they had. One of the first things I noticed was the violins on the wall in back so I started there. They had a decent selection with good prices. Having just purchased them one for christmas I was not in the market for one but I still appreciate nice ones. I proceeded to check on my child to see what they were finding in the accessories. They picked out a new rosin and some mouthpiece cleaner for their trumpet. We went on to look at the sheet music selection. It has been a long time since I have seen sheet music in a smaller store and there was a good mix here. They picked out an Essential Elements for strings for their sibling as they are about to start learning to play the violin also. To round out our purchases I found some interesting ornaments and singled out a grand piano thinking of their piano teacher at school and they wanted it as a christmas gift for them. Before we left we stopped to check out the selection of guitars as they had quite a few that we liked. While looking I singled out a bass that I really liked and showed them as they do not have one yet. It was a preferred brand for us and the price was excellent. I was saved from making the jump (for now) as my oldest contacted me saying they were ready to be picked up. As I wanted to check out the comic store before we were on our way we settled for what we had. I expect that I may be back again before their birthday in a few months checking out the instruments again with a more serious interest in making the purchase. I spent a short time speaking to the manager while we were there and she was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The employees were wearing masks and acted very professionally while interacting with customers both in person and on the phone. If you are in the market for something musical I would recommend these stores. Pricing is good and they seem to care about what they do.

I was amused with the service I had today from the cute girl in glasses. I went in to get a set of Guitar Strings. Mine have been worn down and my e string finally broke. I switch alot from E standard and drop D. I comfortably use skinny top heavy bottoms, but this store didnt have them. My brain had stopped and my glasses fogged, but shortly my dilemma was answered. I was recommended the Ernie ball slinky cobalt pack (10,13,17,26,36,46). I am curious how much life I can get out these Slinky Bois!!

Went to this store for the first time today and was helped by Trista. Their safety protocol during COVID-19 was diligent and thorough with masks and social distancing required and plenty of signage advising against touching merchandise. I felt very safe. I bought a short-scale Ibanez bass while I was there, and Trista offered to clean and restring the bass for free! She also went the extra mile to be friendly by learning my name and calling me by name during our conversations. I would highly suggest this store to friends and will absolutely be back.

Went in to get a repair and while waiting my daughter was able to try some new instruments for a long overdue upgrade. The repair was quick and she really enjoyed being able to try out the instruments before choosing which she liked the most. Sean was very helpful and we will be going back when she is ready for her next instrument.

This place is amazing! Sean and crew go above and beyond the call of service. Sean helped me picked out a piano while in Jacksonville a year ago, and I bought a saxophone from him in Orlando! Both great experiences! Thank you Sean for making my familys dream of music experiences come true!

Fantastic customer service! Everyone we dealt with were very helpful, going above and beyond to help us when our son was ready for a trumpet upgrade. Chris followed up with me after we had been in to the store and weren’t quite sure what exactly we were going to do about getting a trumpet. He put in lots of time and effort to show us all the options and payment plans and was patient in helping us find what worked best for our family.When we came back in to purchase, Chris was off that day and Alayna helped us. She also did an awesome job! Very friendly and apologetic for us having to wait as they were extremely busy that day due to the new school year starting. We really only waited 10 minutes in spite of a few customers being ahead of us.We received a discount on our purchase and then not even 10 days later, my son left his brand new expensive trumpet out on the marching band field and someone accidentally trampled it!! My husband brought the instrument in and since we had purchased it so recently, they replaced it with a brand new one at no extra charge! Thank you, Manager Billy!We came here before buying the new instrument with my son’s old trumpet that needed a minor repair and they fixed it up real good too and if I remember, it was little if any charge. Great place and great experience!

GREAT staff! Extremely friendly and patient. Bought a beginners guitar for my son. Did not want to spend a lot of money on it, as I dont know if he will like it. The store was busy, but still felt like we were the only ones in the store, as the team was so helpful. They allowed my son to play on a couple of guitars and he was over the moon. Chris helped us mostly and he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you... we will be back!

Lied about shipping books next day, then did not have the decency to contact me so I could go to Tampa to get the books I needed.Second Post: Today I received the package that I had canceled because it was not going to arrive three days ago as promised. I was told by the person at corporate she would cancel it-she did not. Another lie. I had purchased a book at the store a couple months ago and found, when I got home, it was missing the pull-out violin part. I was told it did not come with it. I had purchased that book dozens of times over the years and it did. I ordered it through another company and it did have the pull-out part. Another lie.

Great staff at this store. Theyre helpful and attentive. My kids take lessons at the store so we are in every week. While I wait for my kids to complete their lessons I have time to observe there interactions with the other customers. The sales staff are genuinely friendly to every customer. They are patient and caring. When talking with the staff its obvious the enjoy there jobs, and they also have a love for music.

I was trying to get my guitar fixed and called every guitar center and no one was available till Wednesday and I happen to find THIS shop on the Internet I called they Were polite and said they can do the repairs I needed. And when I got there they were amazing they took almost 45 minutes to repair my guitar (the repair you need a sepicalist for) but they did it and I got my strings replaced and I got so much equipment that I needed for such an affordable price. Definitely worth it, and definitely making this my new music shop

Purchased a bass from this place! The staff is awesome and the management is even better! Shane went above and beyond to help me get the product that I wanted at the price that was affordable. I would definitely recommend this company over any of the other companies that deal music instruments! Dont sell yourself short while waiting in line from employees who dont want to attend to your needs! If you are going with anything other than Music & Arts in Orlando then you are settling for less than the best!Tell your friends and spread the word!

Bought an alto sax and guitar from here a few weeks ago. The staff was extremely helpful and even honored a sale that wasnt supposed to start until the following day! Loving my new instruments and the positive vibes I receive when I think about my purchase experience.

We walked in about 20 minutes before they closed and were greeted warmly qith, We will be right with you, by the store manager. So we were immediately acknowledged and very pleasantly. Very attentive and thoughtful. Gave off the vibe that they wouldve stayed all nite to help us out. Laid back and relaxed. A small store, that is expanding, is comfortable, clean, inviting and pleasant. You can find anything you need and I imagine that if they dont have it in stock they will find it for you. And the prices are AMAZING!!

Stuck in a contract and they couldn’t find my 811 dollars worth of credit in the store please please please if you’re buying an instrument do more research if it’s strings I recommend muni strings, if it’s band I recommend music shack, if it’s anything else I recommend guitar center

Awful. awful I paid cash for rental of instrument at the store, employee pocket the money, even with a receipt. They keep trying to charge me. As well teacher for lesson cancels last minute every other week. I get told when I show they say oh she just call sorry. I will drive my kids to the Band room instead.

These people are a rip off. My daughter returned her instrument to the orchestra teacher LAST YEAR and they are still charging my card for a rental fee. I have called several times and still nothing has been rectified and on top of that I was told I may not even be fully refunded for all the times they have charged me for this instrument that she no longer has. I am going to have my attorney put a stop to this because its wrong and no one deserves to have their money taken and they are very well aware that she doesnt have their property abymore ! Fed up with the run around!

Love this store! They are great for teachers. They give discounts, have a rewards program, and just over all, friendly people.

Even of you email them they wont tell you how much it is to put some simple cork on a clarinet. Theyre going to make you go all the way to the Damn store so they can over proce you.

Anthony Hunt provided a mediocre service by not answering questions, offering upgrade for an instrument without any benefits, accessories, he didnt give a copy of my contract. He was trying to help everyone, but doesnt even provide a good service and help one first.

I originally had an issue with my order not being shipped, but the staff at Music & Arts was very helpful in sorting out the problem.

I wanted to by a studio desk at the store, but they have not had it in stock, so they have ordered it online, through their site right at the store. They said it going to came through 10 days maximum.Then strange things started to happen with my credit card.They put a pending charge with the price of the desk. Then through several days they put one more pending charge with the same price, they said first one going to go and second one going to get cleared when desk will come.I never got my desk from them, after ten days Ive called them, they said the desk going to be delivered through two months!!! Ive canceled the order.Through a month they added one more pending charge with the price of the desk, they said it is a mistake and they will fix it. Im still getting pending charges every months and every time i have to spend my time on it and every time they saying it fixed and not going to happened again. This is 4th or 5th months when it happens.I never saw such an irresponsible business in my life. Im terribly regret Ive been dealing with them.Read all reviews about this business before to deal with them! There is a lot of pissed customers. These guys going to get a lawsuit one day.

These pervs acknowledge my gfs entrance then dont say a word to me (male ofcourse). They then give us horrid customer service with short answers and a negative attitude. Take your time and money elsewhere.

Dont buy it unless they have the instrument in the store. I bought I violin but they had to order online. When it came , the violin was not what the seller told me about. And today(10/13/15) has been over 3weeks I have been waiting for my money back and I didnt received yet.By the way, I never took the instrument out of the store. As soon as I looked it, I told the seller I didnt want it because the violin wasnt the way the seller told me before...musicarts has a terrible customer service.DONT BUY UNLESS THEY HAVE PRODUCT IN THE STORE - because if they order online, you will deal with the online service.Go to some place else..or If you want to buy online, use amazon or Walmart or even target(they sell instruments online).
