My son and daughter have been attending for 2yrs. They have learned so much. My son will be attending kindergarten this coming school year. He was accepted to a charter school and they did an assessment and he got top grade, thanks to his learning at the Jupiter School. The facility is nice and clean but most importantly; the team is very caring and create a family atmosphere. They are receptive to any concerns and address them immediately. They have been resilient during this COVID impact and have been very diligent in keeping the children safe. My dedication to this facility is due to the love and dedication from the director and the teachers.

I was considering this school for my 2 year old but upon seeing that the school interior is fully visible on google, I have changed my mind. Its wonderful that we have the technology to see inside buildings and walk through them...but after the Sandy Hook incident I would not want a blueprint/floorplan of my Childs daycare (exit doors, closets, everything is visible to anyone). I would highly encourage the owner to reconsider limiting the view. You can easily setup access for virtual tours to interested parents by appointment, that still wont stop a determined person but at least it adds an extra step to access that information. When I called to raise my concerns, I got the impression that it was not important and felt dismissed. My day care search will continue.

We have our Four-year old here and have had a wonderful experience. He is learning a ton and the teachers are great. The ability to receive messages through their communication system is very modern and convenient. I also love that with the camera system, I can check on my son whenever I want. Couldn’t be happier!Update: my wife wanted me to share that we found Jupiter School because of the Google reviews and we are very satisfied with our choice. Our son has moved up to the VPK class and we continue to love it. We feel confident he is being prepared for a great year in kindergarten.

This has been such a wonderful place for my son! The curriculum is out of this world! I have almost daily communication or photos from either the teacher or the administration. My son loves his teachers, classmates, and the principal. They have also been extremely helpful and compassionate as my son had to deal with an extended medical issue this spring. I highly recommend to anyone!

This is a wonderful school with a really amazing curriculum and perspective on childcare. The teachers are very involved, attentive, and friendly. The management is very involved and always answer all parent concerns readily. The school itself is located right next to the Arnold Winnie Palmer hospital in downtown Orlando. Looks beautiful inside with gorgeous hardwood floors. I would recommend this school to anyone looking for a great learning environment for their child!

My husband and I initially took our son to a daycare near our home but ended up pulling him out from there after 2 days because we felt that it did not meet our standards as far as cleanliness goes. My son has been at Jupiter since July and we can not be happier! Everyone has been really nice and super kind. Moreover, we love how attentive and caring his teachers are and all the fun learning activities that they have for the kids. Definitely will recommend Jupiter to other parents.

My two children ( ages 3 and 1) love The Jupiter School. Miss S. In the 3 year old room is awesome! She is so genuine and caring. She greets both kids every morning with a big hug. They are very excited to come home every day and tell me what they learned. The school is clean and newly built. The camera system allows parents to check in throughout the day to see what your kids are up to. The app allows you to have constant communication with the staff and teachers throughout the day. I would recommend this school to any parent.

We have been having our little one attending at The Jupiter School since February and only nice things to say about the place! Their strong point is definitely academics and curriculum. We used to go to a childcare center about 3 blocks away and when we toured here back in January , we knew this is where we wanted our daughter to go. Miss Meleny was awesome in the 1s room and then Miss Molly in the 2s room.We highly recommend The Jupiter School to anyone looking for a proper place for their little ones- with proper academics in place! 5 stars all way for The Jupiter School.

Look no further! We are first time parents that recently began our hunt for the perfect daycare for our 10 month old. We were really apprehensive to embark on this new chapter in our lives especially considering the additional concerns surrounding the global pandemic. From the beginning Ritika (owner of Jupiter) opened up a warm and friendly dialogue that immediately put us at ease. She invited us to take a virtual tour with Ms. Miosoty (Director). On our virtual tour Ms. Miosoty was just finishing a graduation parade for the kids that will be starting kindergarten in the fall. It was an unexpected and heartwarming site to see. Ms. Miosoty then gave us a tour of their facilities that are a warm, safe and clean environment for babies and toddlers to learn and grow. In the following couple of days we did a few other tours of daycares downtown but they all (even the reputable ones) paled in comparison. The entire time we were weighing our options Ritika kept in constant communication with us and answered any questions we had. We knew that Jupiter was the perfect place for our baby. We are two weeks in and the staff is professional and nurturing to our little one, they update us daily on what she did throughout the day along with pictures and videos. They even sent our baby home with gifts for her daddy for his first Fathers Day! We could not be happier here and through a lot of research I can guarantee, you will not find a daycare that cares for or has better amenities for your little one!

Jupiter is a great school. My infant and 3 year old have been attending here for 1 month now and we have had a very smooth transition. We love the fact that they serve organic snacks and milk. This shows they care about the health of our children. The academics are very strong and we have found our 3 year old has shown a newfound joy of learning. I am excited to see them grow and thrive in the coming months/years.

We would like to express our gratitude for all your hard work with our 3 year old. He has evolved everyday and this is mainly in part to the amazing staff and curriculum he was offered at The Jupiter School. We still have many friends who live in the Jupiter School area and we have always and will continue to expressed how amazing our experience has been with the Jupiter School. There are not enough thank yous in the world to express how grateful we are for everything the Jupiter School has provided to our family and we will never forget this experience. We would also like to take the opportunity to thank Ms. BiBi for all her compassion and understanding towards our son. We all know he can be difficult but she has handled him with true grace and she is truly a treasure to this world and to our child. She will be sorely missed but I hope this message finds her well and she knows that she has touched our childs life in a way that nobody on this planet ever has, and our son will not take the news well when he discovers at his new school that there is no Ms. BiBi. Again, thank you to all the staff at Jupiter for all of the amazing experiences, you guys are doing a phenomenal job and are undoubtedly changing lives everyday, for the better, that reaches beyond the class room.

Me and my wife and our 2 year old son went to check out the brand new Jupitar school in Orlando. We very surprised how nice it was on the outside the parking lot is small so, you just have to be careful. The play ground area is very nicely laid out for all ages of children. When we went inside we greeted by the owners (How often does that happen) we were able to tour the school immediately. She took us through the entire school showing us everything. The class rooms are very nice with tons of activities for the children to play and learn with. Since meeting some of the staff and the owners me and my wife have decided to enroll our son here and would suggest any other family to come and give it a try.

Im giving the Jupiter School 2 stars because the childcare they provide is not consistent with the high price of tuition. Its a very clean facility with a beautiful playground and large classrooms, however my child was only in the school for 2 months because they are very disorganized. Over the 2 months we were there, I noticed a lack of leadership and constant staff changes. There were 2 different main teachers and never a consistent teachers aide, which made the twice-daily transitions difficult. We used before and after care frequently and I never knew which classroom (much less which teacher) I was going to drop off or pick up my child in. No one ever could tell me how his day went. I even had a teacher ask me what my childs name was when I went to pick him up. The first month he went without any artwork, a folder, or a name on his cubby. I just felt for the price we paid, we deserved a better childcare experience. As a parent making this difficult decision, I would have wanted to know these things. At the end of the day I felt that my child was safe, but that alone isnt worth dealing with everything else.

My daughter was in attendance since day one. And we had issues since the very first day. The infant classroom was freezing cold. Even her teachers agreed and wore sweaters. Months passed with no solution. Teachers changed like revolving doors. Some quit, one was fired, some were moved elsewhere which provided zero stability for the students . The owners lack empathy and displayed prejudice behaviors towards my family. My child was injured and hit by both staff and students multiple times! When I brought this to the attention of the owners they showed minimal to no concern . The final day that she was hurt, I found her screaming at the door of her classroom unattended . I went to the owner’s office in tears pleading for a solution. His solution was to suspend my daughter and ban me from the premises 🤔. He also mentioned that some staff felt “intimidated “ by my family..... The same family who has never had any altercations with any staff, brought in “just because” refreshments for staff to show our gratitude, and had just given teacher appreciation gifts to the 4 newest revolving teachers the very same week (as well as a gift for the director ) ....... What horrible intimidation!

The owners and administration at The Jupiter School are just top notch. They have worked with me and my son in every difficult situation, whether it was sickness or surgery and have shown a lot of warmth and understanding. On days they have called to see whether my son was feeling well again....or when we would be back again. My son and I have felt like we are part of a very tight knit family . This school has a lot of heart and has been founded, from what I understand , a family that has a long line of educators and academic excellence . My son is 3 years old right now but I think we are going to cry bucketloads when my son graduates out of their 4 year classroom and gets ready to go to big boys school. :)

The Jupiter School has been a blessing for my little princess. She’s 5 months old. I needed to find a clean, caring and transparent daycare for my little one as I was going back to work within a week. I looked in several places downtown but many of them had issues that did not agree with my values. I finally found The Jupiter School on a google search and decided to go look for myself why they had such ratings - not only are they hygienic, professional and have camera access- they also communicate throughout the day with the parents . This is a stellar program among all the other substandard preschools and daycares in the downtown area. I would definitely highly recommend this school for your childcare needs!

Thankful to have such a great preschool in the SODO area. My husband and I weren’t to sure on starting our 3 year old and soon to be 2 year old boy’s in preschool so soon. The Jupiter School made us feel super welcomed and has been super helpful when it came to our crazy schedules. They offer the choice of two day’s, three day’s and full-time if needed. The staff is very friendly and helpful when needed. The facility is kept super clean and maintained. You receive daily reports on your child’s day. You also have the option of having camera access to your Little ones classroom. Not to mention they’re really big on Montessori teaching & learning. Which is something that we deafly wanted in a preschool of our boy’s. With that being said, if you’re looking for a safe, clean & friendly environment for your child/children, I would definitely recommend to check out The Jupiter School.

Within the first couple of weeks of school starting, we noticed how disorganized the administration seemed. It was both funny and sad that every mass email to parents would have SEVERAL spelling and grammar errors. Communication overall was quite poor. They had my wife’s email wrong and it took three tries to fix, they had my son’s birthday wrong. The parking lot is undersized and it is quite tricky to drop off. There were parking lot rules in the orientation flyer that are never enforced. In fact, we found their enforcement of several rules to be subpar. The saving grace was my sons teacher was great. There was an assist to start, but she quit very early on and was never replaced. So the student teacher ratio was higher than it should be, but the teacher was so good, we didnt complain. Straw that broke the camel’s back was when my son was struggling with allergies. He had itchy eyes for over two weeks during heavy pollen season. I guess someone in the admin finally had seen him, after having swollen itchy allergy eyes for over two weeks and decided he had pink eye. Mind you, this was during the height of oak pollen season. We were called to pick him up early. When we arrive, much to our surprise, he was in the classroom, still playing with the other kids and toys. We were told we had to get a doctors note to return, but after some discussion, they said if he was looking better the next day, he could return. The next day, same thing. After being there 2 of the 3 hours, we got the same call, and this time he was still in the classroom, playing with and touching everything. I would be furious if a kid with pink eye was actually allowed to remain in a classroom for over two hours. Every kid in there would have pink eye. They clearly didn’t think he had it, but their ego wouldn’t let them see reason and we were told without a doctor’s note he would not be allowed to return. If all this had happened two weeks prior it would have actually made some sense. But for them to be oblivious to allergies for 2 weeks and not know the difference between long term allergies and pink eye shows the incompetence of the admin. Google images of both, there are clear differences. I am not willing to waste a doctor’s time, and my time and money to get a note because an incompetent stooge was given an ounce of power. Plus, this was one of many instances of being disappointed by the admin. I was sad to separate my son from his teacher, but fine with parting ways from this train wreck of an organization. This was a good lesson for us in what to look for in selecting his future schools. I see Jupiter often replies to these reviews, which I very much look forward to. Please let me know how many classmates contracted pink eye.

These people treated us HORRIBLY! My daughter has been going to this daycare since they opened and it has been consistent issues with the lack of care for my child. How? Well for starters, on March 7th one of teachers in the infant classroom HIT my child! I was watching the classroom camera when i saw a teacher isolating my child from the other children and then she STRUCK my child for trying to get away from her.Ive seen my child strapped in a bouncer/seat for over an hour multiple times. Ive had to pull a piece of mulch from her mouth while visiting. In just the last 10 school days my daughter has had her mouth scratched, been hit by a door by a teacher, had her eye scratched, and fell while unattended and hit her head. My wife and I went to pick her up and we could hear her screaming down the hall, we rushed to the class to find her screaming and crying at the door while unattended. We finally had enough and we went to talk to the owner and his response was to ask us to disenroll and to not bring our daughter back. Wait what? Tuition there is $250/wk ($1000/month) and my daughter did nothing to no one, we were simply concerned because we were beginning to notice that negligence was occurring and that our daughter is not being given basic standard of care. I guess that was too much to ask.I cant speak to the other classrooms but this is no place for infant babies or even infant teachers. The infant classroom has been a revolving door for teachers since they opened. The owner told us to not bring our daughter back, which is offensive and inconsiderate. My daughter is 9mo and has not caused any harm to any child or done anything in violation of the policies but yet she is being refused by this daycare. So my wife and i are having to take off from work to find another daycare. The owners of Jupiter School have completely mistreated us and should be ashamed of themselves.

Not everything that shines is gold We enrolled our 2 1/2 yo daugther for her first school experience in this place, decision that weve come to regret deeply. After touring the building and getting the sales pitch from the owner in which she waved the registration fee and made every efford to have us enroll right there and then. We thought this would be a good place for our little girl, building looked nice and new, security and access was ok and to be able to see her and the classroom on Cam was an added bonus. The first day she came home with a bruise under her eye, things like this will happen with other kids we thought and didnt make a big deal of it. The second day we came to get her early and witnessed how the teacher grabed her by the arm and pulled her in a very rough manner, also she came home saying words we never use when taking to her, things like Be quiet, Sit and a sentence that to this day we keep hearing everytime she takes a nap and wakes up, when playing with others, when seeing friends or family and just way too much. MOM AND DAD ARE GONE, TEACHER MAD she kept repeating this over and over. All this things didnt sit very well with us and the third day we decided to talk about it with the teacher and owner. Their answered was, no other parents are complaining. Then moved my daugther to another classroom and 2 hours later we got a call to come get her because SHE WASNT READY FOR SCHOOL OR THEY WERENT THE RIGHT FIT FOR HER how easy they gave up.We have been doing damage control since then, now she is terrified of going to school and cries everytime we leave her with the babysitter saying MOM AND DAD GONE which didnt happened in the past.We strongly believe this place doesnt care about helping small kids separate from parents with ease or develop a positive relationship / learn to interact confortably with teachers. The Students to teacher ratio is aprox 11+:1 which in our opinion is way too much for just one teacher and occasional assistant. We strongly believe that the staff doesnt have the necessary experience / skills to guide the little ones and help them develop a positive view of school in this crucial stage of their development.Since this horrible experience we searched and found a great school with 63 years experience leading childhood education, they had help us and our daughter slowly get over the anxiety and fear created in just 2 days at the Jupiter School. My advise would be, dont be fooled by a nice building and a good sales pitch. Dont let your children be Guinea pigs for a new business that only care about an easy buck, do the research and make sure your kid will get the care and guidance you are expecting and hoping for, check the teachers credentials, experience and overall pedagogy before you fall for the shinny, new building.
