We LOVE this location! I was a new mom bringing her child to school for the first time and it was so hard. He was 2.5 and by that time his English was zero. The staff was very friendly and patient. Now he speaks fluently and I am so happy with that school. Ms Helen, the director of the school, is very helpful and responsive to any concerns that I may have. My son loves the school and his friends. The cameras help as well, I can watch my son any time.

Excellent location, excelente staff specially teachers.We LOVE this school! They truly care for your child like they are your own. The staff is friendly and regularly communicate with parents. I love the fact that I can see her any time I want to from the cameras in every room, and I can call at any time to speak to the director or her teachers. My Daughter loves going to school every morning and is always excited to show us what he learned or created during the day. I recommend it to every parent I know.

Trust is key when looking for a daycare to watch over a child, we all know and have heard the horror stories behind some daycare mishaps, rest assured TLC, the staff and owners have earned my trust, I have the utmost gratitude towards my experiences there, and can sincerely say that it has been worthwhile for us and our child as he has made significant progress with regard to learning.Thiswas new for us, being our first child, so it was especially hard to accept leaving our son anywhere, TLC has specific institutions tailored towards that very emotion, which helped us transition smoothly into this phase of parenting. Great Establishment where I can trust that the right care is provided to my child

I absolutely love this center. My daughter was here for prevpk and VPK. The facility is always clean and prioritizes the health and safety of the children. The teachers are always so kind and care for each child. My daughter graduated from VPK this year and still talks about her teachers and how much she misses them. This is a place that cares and I’m so grateful my child was able to get her early childhood education here.

All the director and owner cares about is Money. They do not care about parents concerns or the well-being of your child. I Do Not Recommend this place.

We DO NOT Recommend This Place !After sending our child here for 9 months, We are appalled with the lack of unprofessionalism and disrespect we have received from the director and the owner of this facility for simply raising some valid concerns. Sending your child here is like sending them to a prison. You drop them off at the door, pick them up at the door hours later and you have no knowledge of what happens inside. It’s been 9 Months and there have been only ONE parent teachers meeting. ONLY 1 !!!Our child has changed teachers about 5 times in the past 3 months and we don’t even know any of the teachers. We haven’t met them, we haven’t spoken to them, we know nothing about them. As parents, it is our right to voice concerns about the daily occurrence and operations. It is our right to feel the need for reassurance from the owner or leaders about the safety of our child. It is our right to ask questions. We expressed our concern to the director and she simply ignored us and gave nothing but pushback and even insulted us by writing us an unprofessional letter. After multiple attempts we finally reached the owner via phone, spoke with her and on that call we reiterated our concerns and suggested having a parent teachers meeting via zoom or any other online platform. We also addressed the letter we received from the director. The owner said to us “I don’t have time for that. I am too busy and I don’t have enough staffing to have a meeting”. She also totally ignored the unprofessionalism of the letter by saying “I see nothing wrong with the letter” That is so offensive and disrespectful it’s just unbelievable. The owner of the facility is refusing to reassure us as parents that our child is safe. She is refusing to acknowledge our concern. In the past 9 months we have had absolutely NO communication with any of the teachers, we’ve had ZERO updates regarding any changes inside the facility. This is simply unacceptable. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE !

We had at least one of our three kids here from November 2013 until this month, and we have no regrets! The teachers and staff are kind, loving, and knowledgeable, and our kids learned so much.

My son was a student at The Learning Center for 5 years. He started in the infant classroom and went thru to finish VPK. His time at the Learning Center was so vital in his transition to Kindergarten. He was loved by every staff member at The Learning Center, they taught him so much. As a mom of 1 I was still nervous about him starting Kindergarten, a new building a new teacher, new friends, lots of new subjects to learn but he has made me so proud in his transition, and I have to thank everyone at The Learning Center because of them he was prepared. He also is testing now at the beginning of Kindergarten with scores as high as what they expect at the end of Kindergarten. So Thank You TLC for providing my child with the love, patience, and knowledge to succeed, he couldnt have done with out ALL of you!

Low rating because this place cares more about the money than anything else. While they are true to their learning center name -they use a curriculum and very focused on learning - their caring ends when they see no benefit from you. They respond well when you show an interest but the second you question policies in any way, they lack the decency and professionalism to even respond to you. They just lost my business because I was originally told care would be X amount and I was called the very last minute (1 day before) to be told that I was given the wrong pricing. When I emailed them back, no reply. Not even a thank you or a sorry for our mix-up. Happily found another care center who was willing to work with me last minute. I was never late and paid tuition consistently early or on-time; so this review has nothing to do with inability to pay - it has to do with the fact that they are greedy and obnoxious. Theres no sense of loyalty or appreciation.

Our son is 1 year old and he’s a student of TLC of South Park since he was 6m. He loves the school, his teachers, his friends. We are very grateful for all the care they have with our precious son.

This is an awesome preschool. One of the best in Orlando. From the teachers who are amazing to the director, Helen, this place is top notch. My son has learned so much in the short time has been going here. I love that they have and use a curriculum and share it so I can do it at home.

We have been problematic at times but TLC of south park has stuck by us and with our family. The teachers really care and it shows. The administration is straight forward with their expectations but more than fair when it comes to accomadating special requests if they can manage them. We go out of our way to keep our son here. They have an indoor playground which means the kids play everyday. Have very structured schedules and excellent potty training support. They foster a good attitude by remaining calm and helping kids learn about feelings to avoid bad behavior.

Would not recommend this for a toddler, my son went here for 4 days and I watched the camera and saw how most of the day they had the kids sitting in a chair around a table they were forced to sit. That’s a little too harsh for a 1 yr old who just leaned how to walk and is wanting to explore. I also watched how a little girl was dragged by her arm when she went outside of circle time. I did bring it up to the owner, but I took my son out of there that same Thursday, My son was miserable there he spent all day crying, not to mention that they make them sit down on the floor after lunch while they clean up. Watch those cameras the place is clean and nice but don’t be fooled. Watch your babies you are all they got.

Oh my goodness! My child has been here for the past 2 months. Her life has changed completely. I keep saying this to everyone since she has learned so much and her behavior has improved tremendously. Everything about this place is perfect. Security is amazing, curriculum and also they treat the children with so much love. They teach them with a positive approach to everything. They help them channel their feelings and use their words.I honestly wish I wouldve given my daughter the opportunity of starting at a younger age and that they had Kindergarten and all the other grades that follow.Mrs. Hellen, Mrs. Fio, Mrs. Marcia, Mrs. Marlene (her wonderful VPK teacher), Mrs. Tanya and all the other ladies in the staff are just amazing.Thank you so much for all the love, effort and care you have for my princess.

I formally had my infant at lady bird academy. The whole time she was there I felt uneasy neurotic and watched the webcam like a hawk while working. So I actually changed my working situation so that I wouldnt require daycare at all. Now months later with a new company I found myself unable to escape the nessessity of daycare. I made a ton of calls to possibly 7 daycares in the area and chose this one due to their location and 3 day a week program. Here oddly enough I have not had any anxiety. The staff are wonderful and sweet, and my daughter is healthy( aside from all the normal daycare illnesses we never escape). Im honestly very happy with them even if there have been little things here and there. (Nothing big they will say baby needs diapers/wipes while plenty are still There, or put a blanket on her for nap time when its warm in the room and she doesnt use one) all easy fixes.
