This school is very disorganized and not professional at all. They never provide information or documents in a timely manner. They are too expensive for what the classrooms and facility look like. The classrooms look like the bare minimum effort was made, the children are not even allowed to write in the books like workbooks, that should be included in tuition. You also have to pay for other fees like graduation and testing separately. Not to mention the many days off and early dismissals. So what is included in tuition? They are very rude, especially when you question them or address concerns. Save yourself the headache.

Great place for your little ones ! friendly staff, GREAT HEALTHY FOOD, clean environment and a safe place for your little ones.Kids as young as 1 year old learn to be able to know the difference between colors, numbers and shapes. The after school program is an educational and fun program for your child to be involved on a daily basis!! All kids are pieces of heaven and they are treated with love! My daughters are happy to be part of GTA Family !

My daughter goes to this place and she loves it. They are incredibly aware of the children and let you know when theyre sick or even have a small cut from playing outside. I love the correspondence AND open communication.

Both my children attend this daycare. I love the teachers and staff, Very friendly, and treat the kids like their own. My son is 3 years old, has been attending since December and Im astonished by how much he has learned . My daughter is 1 years old and is super advanced. Im a hard working mother and pay to have my kids well taken care of. I can say I go to work peacefully knowing my kids are in good hands. Thank you GTA

Well the daycare cant possibly be that bad that you are gonna continue to let your kids stay there while you look for another daycare if I felt that my child was not being treated fairly and it was so called unprofessional then, I would take my children out immediately. So clearly its not as bad as you claim it to be MIMI ORTIZ. And if it is that bad than how does that make you LOOK AS A PARENT tO ALLOW THEM TO BE Someplace that MISTREATS THEM ? SMH JUST MY OPINION ...

My children have been attending GTA since April and I have ZERO complaints about this place! I love the teachers - they truly care for my kids and treat them like their own, they are always so friendly, and greet all the kids with excitement each morning. The curriculum is challenging and appropriate - I have seen a tremendous change in both of my boys since starting GTA! My boys are happy to go to school each day and are learning so much. The meals are healthy and the classrooms are always clean. My family has tried a few child care centers but this one by far is my favorite - I am even considering enrolling my oldest in their private school next year once he completes VPK. Thank you GTA for taking such great care of my children, I work very hard to provide a good life for them and you make it easier for me!

My kid attended this daycare for a few months and was sick for most of the time there. I understand that kids get sick in daycare. But I didn’t understand why there was no improvement. A few things we noticed. The kids often had snot caked onto their faces. I understand a sneeze and snot coming out, but if its caked on, knowing that it takes a while to cake, why werent they cleaned up? We spoke to management a few times and hoped it would get better but we saw no changes. We took our kid out and within days got better. We visited other daycares specifically looking to see if kids were cleaned up and realized that it is not the norm to have kids running around with snot caked onto their faces. (poor kiddos).. Another thing: The fabuloso cleaning product smell is intense in this place. Fabuloso has strong chemicals in it and should probably be diluted a bit more so that it doesn’t give anyone a headache going in there.. (And we are not sensitive people). We spoke to management about this too and were informed that the ventilation issues were beyond their control. However they did mop the floors with children in the same room, just over the dividing shelf (they call it two rooms but it really is just one room divided by a shelf that is about 3 feet high). We were pretty upset to hear them justify doing this by saying the kids were in the other room when in fact they were just on the other side of the shelf but in the same room breathing the same air…. Inhaling these strong chemicals, which perhaps were not allowing their immune systems to function as highly as they could. The front office staff is very nice. Some of the teachers could have seemed a bit more excited to be there. My little one did have a good time, met some buddies in the classroom and got to socialize. I have seen worse daycares but I’ve seen better too! That’s my experience!

My name is Carlos Pereda, and Im the owner of GTA.Today I received a phone call from some company that warned me about the bad review I have in Google. They told me that for $700 they could remove that bad review.I tried to contact Google about this situation, but it seems an impossible task; and since I refuse to be the subject of black-mail, and not pay for an unfair review; I would like to take this opportunity to comment about the said review. This review was written by an unhappy (former) employee, but regardless this fact; allow analyze the review:1. First of all; the reviews say were getting more a more children -indicating were overcrowded;- the reality is were licensed by DCF; who limits out capacity; we can not exceed, or wed be subject to fines. Also, we maintain an incident/accident log book available to DCF. Every incident/accident is carefully logged, and a copy of any report is immediately given to parent/guardians.2. It also says the central part of the building as a room using only office dividers no more than 4 feet tall; that fact is true, and it was recommended by the Early Learning Coalition of Orange County (Florida) -an entity that regulates pre-school programs.-3. The others class room are divided by curtains about this, the only curtains we have are used to decorate our windows.4. To use the yard the kids have to go through the classroom in the central area We have four doors that connect to the playground area. Two of them are located in that central room, and the other two in two separate classrooms. Finally the review states they have a set of rules depending on the family. At this point Id like to say het were not a big franchise, instead were a small business made with a lot of sacrifices. We strive to give the best of us, to each and every family who honors us by bringing their children. Our diversity in both staff and children speak for itself.I would like to invite any person reading this post; to come, and see our facilities. To talk to our director and teachers, to discuss our curriculums, schedule, and aids we may provide your children. We have an open doors policy that allow parents/guardians of enrolled children to come and check our facility during working hours. Its a shame that powerful companies such as Google and others, use anonymous reviews to make a profile of a person/company for a profit.
