I am only giving on star because a few of the staff members were at least semi-helpful but if I could give no stars I would. This the WORST schooling experience I have ever had, everyone I have met who has gone here would not recommend it. Its double the price, and double the time of most schools with what seems like half the education ($16,000 vs $6,000 a semester). The program lacked structure, and the teacher was absent more than anyone in the class. This caused myself and other students to feel underprepared for the state exam that we needed to pass at the end of the class. I became pregnant during the class and was considered high risk so, I was unable to attended class sometimes due to high and low blood pressures. I provided a doctors note EVERY time and was still marked incomplete on a class because they felt like I needed more lab time. Despite my health issues I tried to continue on, until externship when I was told I would have to drive an hour to a lab. I told the school I could not do this because my family has only one income and its not safe for me or the baby to be driving that much, I got very little help and was dropped from the program. This is where the one star comes from: I was contacted by some type of reenrollment specialist who told me that I had wasted my time and money by not completing the program, and that maybe I should try and get a job and reevaluate my life to make time for externship because I am having a baby soon. I explained to her why I was in the situation I was in and her reply was Well we cant change the rules for everyone. They called me and asked me to come back, and this advisor had the nerve to tell me what choices she thinks I should and shouldnt be making with my life....It was extremely discouraging and disappointing that they are allowed to talk to students that way, she did not give friendly advice, she talked down on me because of a decision my family and I made that would be best for us. So before you spend $40,000 on a Associates Degree look at the reviews, and compare the programs offered here to other schools such as SNHU, or UCF and see what will be worth your money because for me this school was not.

The worst experience out of no where they are charging me a debt of more than $5000. When I ask for bills, they send me from one place to other. When I enrolled if the scholarship and the loan did not arrive I can not star the classes and know two years later they said I have a debt to the Keiser University . If you want to get a debt this its your place .

Such a sad group of people that do not care for the students that they are suppose to be helping. They are lazy, misleading, and only work for a paycheck. They are the most careless group of people I have ever met. This school has so much potential. But It serves better as a truck stop with staff like that. I would not put your future in this schools hands. They are too expensive for what you get in return.

No one calls you back. I’ve had an appointment to speak to an advisor since last week and after being rescheduled twice, still no one called. This keiser is just as much of a mess as the others. I’m choosing another school. I won’t pay thousands per semester just to be treated like I’m an inconvenience.

I haven’t start the program yet... But I am about to this Monday. So far I haven’t had the greatest experience. It all started last summer when I was told I would start in August and then I was told I would have to wait till 2021. Then the people are not as helpful with things as they treat you like they are doing you a favor, but you are paying tons of money. I am here for my degree so I’m trying to let all this slide. But would I recommend this to anyone? NO. They don’t understand that many of us are not high school graduates. We have kids and partner and job and personally me, 2 of my kids are special needs. I am trying to better out myself so that I can bring better food to the table. But that doesn’t mean that they can’t be nice and kind. I will not mention names. All I’m saying is, with a profession like the one I am going to, nursing, there must be compassion and kindness. Thing that I see they lack here.

If I could give this place no stars I would. The nursing program is a complete joke! Theresa Neary, the program director needs to retire. She is completely unorganized and unhelpful in everyway to all nursing students. Over the course of the semester we (students) have made multiple adjustments to our schedule to be accompadating to the staffs needs both personal and professional. However, the minute the students need an adjustment made, its an automatic fail. We pay alot of money to be at this school which ultimately pays the staff salaries, but for whatever reason they feel they have power and can talk/ treat us however they feel. Please save your money, plenty of other schools with much better programs.

They charge you 3,500 per class when your on internship/fieldwork. So let’s say your done with your in school classes and you are going to do you internship/fieldwork at a clinic, even though your not attending classes in the school you still PAY FULL PRICE as if you were attending in school classes. They don’t pay the site ANYTHING. They literally keep the money and charge you 3,500 for setting up a fieldwork assignment. I also saw students that were HOSPITALIZED and they were FAILED for missing a midterm because they WERE NOT ALLOWED to retake it, but lazy students that were partying and missed a midterm because of their hangover WERE ALLOWED to take their missed midterm. I saw this personally more than once while attending Keiser.

Although the class sizes are nice and majority of the staff are great there are still things that need to be worked on. The parking lots are not taken care of and the trees need to be trimmed, this doesn’t seem like a big deal until you park your car and come out with branches on your new car or driving a truck and scratch your truck up looking for a parking spot. Va representative is great for those that are also military. THEY HAVE A DRESSCODE! If you applied and got accepted and no one told you about a dress code like me, ya might wanna set some $ aside.

VERY UNORGANIZED. THEY CARE MORE ABOUT YOU FILLING OUT A SURVEY THAN RETAINING THE LESSONS. THEN YOU GO TO THE LIBRARY TO TEACH YOURSELF THE LESSON AND YOU DO NOT EVEN HAVE ACCESS TO A PRINTER..... They lied and said Id be able to complete my education here and that there was a way for me to complete my nursing degree. You find yourself borrowing from so many different loan places to make ends meet and you have to pay them while youre going to school or else youll owe too much. I also had to pay a 50 dollar a month tuition. I got approved from ecsi to make monthly payments in turn for a loan and was still short that I had to request a loan from Richland to only be denied because I couldnt pay them before. Now, Im stuck with a bachelors of interdisciplinary studies and even though I got the nursing chair for May, wont be able to continue because I need a cosigner for Richland loans and dont have one. Plus, a 1,011.65 dollar balance with keiser in which unless I pay them, I wont get my official transcripts. How was I left with a balance and not told until really late in time, right when I was told I couldnt continue classes?? They had me sit in the waiting area for almost two hours, because the business office couldnt give me a reason for that 1011.65 dollar balance. I got up and left. And, how will you approve me for the nursing program chair, and tell me that I have a way, to then take this opportunity from me like this? The school should have made it clear from the beginning that I would not have enough to pay for it instead of making me waste my time here. I asked so many times, and they reassured me that things were going to work out, and the financial aid would be enough. They were money hungry! When the taxes come, Ill pay my balance off with Keiser, take my transcripts and go elsewhere. It is ridiculous the pricey tuition, and on top of this I get the Pell grant. Even the pell grant does not cover your costs enough. Too much money, poor looking school and dirty, with an unpredictable outcome at the end. At least for me. Be careful and watch your backs.

I have been taking online classes for 9 months through Keiser and plan to finish my 16 month of core on campus. So far I am very pleased all questions and concerns have been tended to promptly and though I did classes online I had the chance for free tutoring every day of the week besides Sundays, making it very easy for me to keep up with my son, school, and work. Overall happy with the service and education.

Very poor academic experience, building is falling apart and teachers are extremely apathetic about their jobs and dont seem to really care about the students. Not to mention this college charges over 12 times the price of public colleges for this pathetic educational experience, they also will twist and turn to make sure youre locked in to paying them how ever much they want. Do yourself a favor and go to Valencia where it is far and above way cheaper and a tremendously richer educational experience. THEY WILL SUCK YOU DRY FOR EVERY RED CENT THEY CAN GET FROM YOU.

This is the WORST school to go to. It’s over priced and they only care about the money. They lied and said they had an on ground psychology program but it was only online which screwed me so hard. My dean was nothing but rude during the whole experience. They said I could switch campuses no problem then refused to send my paperwork over to the campus in Daytona after I had already moved there so I had to continue my classes online. This school has done nothing but screw me over and shouldn’t even have the right to call themselves a school. I wish I could get my time and money back but instead I’m stuck with a barely usable degree and too much debt.

They take financial aid money that they arent even allowed to touch, and cant figure out how to do a single thing correctly with the VA. This school is a total racket. Youll get a worthless degree at an insane price just so you can continue working minimum wage jobs in an area that you didnt even go to college for.

Worst education I ever received. Their credits are not transferable, even if they tell you they are. It does not even deserve a full star as a review. Its too expensive, you will not receive classes unless you pay your monthly tuition fee which ranges from $50 to $200 monthly plus all the student loans that have to be paid. Too much paperwork is done every month at the Office of Financial Aid. It is a medicine directed education, do not expect any other field to be as good as the medicine field tuition wise.

James. What do you call computers that are so slow they create stress instead of help. Advisors that take 7-10 days just to email you back about your loans. Teachers that can barely speak English. Emails saying you missed class when you havent. Your teacher just hasnt taken roll call in 2 days and doesnt know a single name of a student in their classroom. I still Have not gotten a syllabus and Im two weeks in my class. The computers that they use in class to educate us are slow and waste time that could be spent learning. Atleast 30-45 mins is spent waiting on the computer to pull up every class. The speakers on the computer barely allow you to hear the matieral you are trying to learn. It use to be a Kmart and certain classes it gets so cold you cant even think right. Then you get in trouble by the security guard for wearing a jacket because its not dress code. No doubt the teachers have the education to teach. But the school limits the teacher thus limiting the class. The markers NEVER work in the class so the teacher cant even do demonstrations on the board. That isnt exactly top dollar. We pay so much. You think you could have working technology. Speakers that work. Computers that all have internet and work. There is no freaking excuse for this. As much money as we pay to go here there should be brand new computers, printers, speakers, projectors, markers. PLEASE KEISER GET US STUDENTS WHO BREAK THE BANK PAYING SO MUCH TO THIS SCHOOL.... WORKING COMPUTERS!!!!

I enrolled back in February; we are now in July. Oh, the horror. I did not have too many problems the first couple of months, but if you stick around longer than that you will go through Hell, headaches and unnecessary stress at this school. At the time I enrolled, I was working 7 days a week, I told my admissions counselor that, he should have warned me of some things. You take one class per month, which means it is fast-paced and incredibly accelerated. I hardly have time to do school work and if you are not doing something that has to do with school every day you will have issues and fall behind. Admission department seems to be under intense pressure to just enroll people no matter what.It does not get cold in some of the classrooms that would be an understatement -- More like freezing. It is impossible to think correctly because you are shivering the whole time. I’ve seen students bring blankets! Sometimes I think to myself “Do they bring in and keep polar bears overnight here?” Another issue I need to bring up is classrooms get switched around a lot. Today, I walked into my class (room 203, building 2), there was a student there who did not belong, she told me her and my class were switched, that my class will be held in room 102 building 1 for the day. I go to building 1 and can’t even find the classroom. I checked my inbox and no e-mails to notify me of this change. I was not in the mood for further aggravation from this school so I left for home sweet home, that’s why I am writing this review.School is absurdly expensive. Over $2,000 for each class. Keiser calls themselves a private university and rejects being called “For-Profit”. Yet the tuition is much higher than the ones at for-profit schools in Orlando. Once or twice this month when our class had made reservations to use the library/computer center, we show up to find it packed with other students from different classes. We got send to the writing center (which has less computers) and Mr. K was nowhere to be found. The library needs to have more computers, we are paying you too much money Keiser, there is no excuse! There are some highlights about the Orlando campus that I will mention. All of the employees are polite and nice, this includes everyone, even the professors. A lot of the professors go above-and-beyond. Tutoring is offered. They have vending machines. They have a cafeteria lounge. They have an armed security officer. I always show up early so I never had problems finding a parking spot. There hasn’t been any physical fights since I have been here and I have not had any issues with any of my fellow classmates. Keiser Orlando, you earned yourself 3 stars, and that’s only because I’m a fair man.
