My wife and I absolutely love this school for Gabriela. She is joyful when she walk in the doors and leave. The staff is awesome with her and she have learned so much. Miss Kelli and everyone are phenomenal. She will miss them so much as she prepare for kindergarden. The only sad part is that I wish kindergarden was here so she can continue to grow under there leadership.

I am so happy that I took my boy to start the VPK program at this school,he had major speech problems and was very shy,Ms kelli and her team are dedicated and their work shows immediately. I am very confident that my boy is ready for kindergarten this fall and will do very well at school.Im greatful to Fantastikids team.

I love love my daughter going to Fantastikids the girls are so wonderful, kind and caring. Expecially miss killi when my daughter see her she lights up like a bulb. Fantastikids is a comfortable, warm and happy place for your kids.

My daughter did not start school until after she turned one. It was a very difficult decision to make as to what school we wanted to put her in. After interviewing and asking a ton of questions we decided Fantastikids Palm Beach Gardens was the one! And can I just say we are so happy we made our decision.This school is so involved and interactive with the children and the parents which makes you feel safe and comfortable leaving your children with them for the majority of our days. You receive daily photos and updates on your child’s activity which is better than the surveillance some daycares offer. They catch those special moments up close and take that extra time to make sure you are not missing out on them. They are like family!And during these challenging times of COVID, I must say Miss Kelli and her staff are AMAZING! The school is clean and sanitary, they take all precautionary measures to keep your children and families safe.My daughter loves going to school each day and gets excited when she sees that blue building ahead of us. She has learned so much with the daily lesson plans the teachers put together. Such an amazing school everyone is extremely nice and is always willing to work with you ! I’ve never had such a great experience with a daycare . My son is a little hyper and was having some behavior issues at other schools and fantastic kids academy takes the time to Figure out a plan that’s works best for HIM!!!I am so blessed and thankful that my son is in good hands and is being prepared for Kindergarten !!!!! ❤️

I really cant say enough good things about this school! The staff is always friendly and helpful. My child is not always easy to deal with and the staff at FantastiKids Academy is always willing to work with us. Even the owner has been involved which doesnt happen at the bigger schools. We are happy we found this school!

We were with Fantastic Kids before it was even Fantastic Kids. They have grown so much it’s unbelievable. Ms. Cathy has been there every step of the way when it cAme to me and my boys. We told her we needed to put our 6 month old at the time in a daycare and she made it happen. Ms. Cathy, Ms. Kelly, and Ms. Stacy have put together an amazing team. I love walking in every morning seeing my boys light up because they know there somwhere safe. Unfortunately after 4 years of wonderful memories we have to cut our journey short but will be back for sure. Fantastic Kids makes you feel like your home and there’s no where safer then home.

I love this school when the other owner was there I didnt want to come to work and I was getting ready to leave but when Mr Adam and Ms Stacey took over I gave them a chance and now I love working there i love the staff and I love the children I even turn the 4 years old room and made it into a classroom and it looks great thanks Ms Stacey and Mr Adam

I love fantastikids academy. We came to this school because my son was kicked out of another school for his behavior not being under control so when he started in July of last year i was alittle scared if he was able to make it this time around. But to my surprise fantastikids turned his behavior around and they gave me back my sweet boy. Yeah he still messes up sometimes but kids are kids and the school handles it appropriately. Its always clean when I drop him off and pick him up. Hes always clean when I pick him up. They never send me home a dirty child which i love. My little guy loves it there and feels safe and that makes me love it there. I know hes safe when hes there and I know they wont let anything happen to him and that makes it easier for me to have him there all day. When he does get hurt on the playground (cause kids will be kids) u always get a phone call letting me know what happened right away and then I always get an incident report when I get to the school to pick him up. In my personal opinion they take care of our children and look at and treat our children as if they were theirs and thats what makes them so amazing. When my daughter turns one she will be going there as well!!!!!!

So incredibly excited I discovered this place. Everyone is so nice and treat my child and I like family. I was so nervous to drop my daughter off at pre k after being a stay-at-home mom with her for 4 years but that worry was quickly demolished due to the lovely staff at fantasti kids. They know each and every kid in their care and care for them like their own.My daughter absolutely loves this school. It is always clean and all the staff treat us wondrful. We are so glad our daughter goes here.

Terrible school. Since the ownership switched over to Ms Stacey (new owner) the quality of care for the children rapidly decreasedShe kicked my child out of school because My Fiance and I complained about our childs shoes constantly being untied. My child had been going there since she was a baby and was due to graduate in May. She said if we had a problem with how she does things then LEAVE and proceeded to give me my money back for the week. She didnt at any moment consider my child nor did she say goodbye to my daughter whom she claimed to have loved. Naturally my child had a rough time going to a new school after 4 years at the same school not to mention, she has to switch schools again in August for kindergarten. Ms Stacy raised her voice at me , pointed fingers in my face and at times I felt threatened. No one should trust that woman with their child. She raised all the prices and fired most of the staff that the children loved as soon as she got there. The last owners were amazing Ms Staceys husband is great and so is Ms. Kathy. The new owner is a very aggressive argumentetive person. So sad to see a good school go down the tubes.

My daughter loves going there because they really go out of their way to meet Kylas needs. They are the most amazing teachers! They give 110% to everything they do and treat Kyla as if she was their own.Theyre friendly, positive and wonderful with my daughter. The peace of mind I have leaving my child in their care, knowing they love her as much as anyone is priceless. We are always greeted with a smile. Everyone there has my daughters best interests at heart. A structured program with a variety of activities for all ages...I love my child care provider because she (the whole team) takes the time out to really listen to Kyla whether she is just sad, happy or just wanting to share, they always lend a listening ear. They do more activities than I could ever hope to do at home. My childcare engages and is a nurturing atmosphere for children to safely learn and thrive.The opportunities my daughter has there are priceless and I know she is well taken care of while I am at work. The staff adores Kyla and all of the other children as well as the children are comfortable and able to explore the world and relationships...Role models...They go above and beyond and help Kyla with all of her daily needs. My child loves being there. The teachers teach in a fun and positive way.The whole team at Fantastikids are truly amazing, all of them, inside and out. I wish there were more teachers and staff like them. I just wanted to share my appreciation because they take such good care of my daughter. My son has attended this school for about a year now and today is his last day there. I am very upset about how my sons experience has ended here. I believed that this daycare was a step above the rest of them, but I was wrong. I picked up my child one afternoon and he had a bloody, bruised nose from being struck in the face with a toy by a child much bigger then him. No report was filed and the child was not given any consequences much less were his parents notified of the incident. On another occassion (about a week ago), my son came home with a rather large bite/bruise on his arm. When I asked him what happened he explained that a child bit him so hard. I discussed the issue with the director of the school, Ms. Cathy and neither she or her staff were aware of what occurred. No incident report was made and the child was not reprimanded at all. I had to hear from my 4 year old that another kid bit him and while he cried nobody saw or did anything about it because he didnt tell the teachers what happened, this I find hard to believe. 2 days ago my son came home with a black, swollen eye, a bruised cheek and bruised forehead. Once again, the same child who bit him caused this injury by supposedly throwing a toy at his face right in front of the teacher. The injuries to my sons face do not represent a single blow to the face. In fact, it seems as though my son was hit several times to cause such horrible bruising in multiple areas of his face. I was immediately notified of this last incident via a telephone call and I did receive an incident report, was told sorry and that the school was working on the issue. My son has complained to me about this particular child several times and Ive overhead the staff speaking with his parents about him hitting the teachers. Obviously, this child has shown very aggressive behavior towards others on several occasions, yet the school continues to allow him to attend there. I believe that there has been negligence on the staffs part with regard to these incidents. Ive yet to receive a call from the owner, whom I requested to speak to and I doubt will be contacting me either way. When both myself and my sons therapist attempted to speak with the 4 year old classroom teacher we were told she wasnt available. Im unaware of this teachers account of events and seems as though everyone is relying on what a 4 year old told them. The fact of the matter is that as parents we trust these daycare providers to care for our children in a responsible way and they dont in most cases because they cant because the teacher to student ratio in this county is ridiculous, 20:1. IDK about you, but I can admit I would not be able to fully and adequately care for 20 4 year olds at once. I understand things happen and boys will be boys but how many events need to occur before a change is made? How many children need to be beaten, killed, neglected before somebody realizes somethings not right? This is a very unfortunate situation. These accounts are only the ones i know of and who knows how many other incidents hve occurred and gone unnoticed, unreported, and undocumented. On a more positive note, thank you Ms. Danielle for your kind words and attentiveness to my child, he has gained much from you and with that he will do very well with his transition into VPK. I hope that with this situation the school will put a better policy in place instead of just stacking up incident reports to cover their own. I believe my child has been a victim to bullying here and the adults have dismissed all action. The only thing I can advise other parents is dont tolerate small things because they do turn into big things, document everything and take pictures of any and all injuries your child may sustain while in someone elses care. You cant control others actions and you cant blame a small child but you can speak up and make sure youre heard, others are warned and consequences are met.

I had free daycare and i still took my child out weeks early..It smelled like a kennel when i first checked it out. I thought maybe a accident happened. The smell never got better the 2 months my child was there. She only got sicker every week. Hand foot mouth, lice , viruses (normal) but when you show up and your child has snot over her face and shirt and a clean shirt in her stuff....? Why not wipe my child face and change her shirt... I never liked that as soon as i show up..immediatly there is a call to warn the teachers in the back a parent is coming....? Why cant i see whats going on?The brightweel app is garbage.. Does not tell me when she is getting checked in and out on time. I posted a honest review last week at 930pm.. Got a call from the owners at 10pm at night asking me to take down my review.. I did. I dont feel its fair other parents wont know whats going on there.so here it is. I will not take this down so dont even bother me. Smells terribly bad and my child was always snot faced and dirty at the end of day.. Why not wipe her nose or face and change her shirt..? Why cant i sneek up and see how my daughter is being treated? Whats upWith the smell? Too many kids per teacher, its not clean enough for so many kids in a small space. When i informed of my daughters hand foot mouth.. No warnings or anything to the parents. I talked to another parent and was told their child had it previously... I was not warned nor the parents..the owners claim the daycare smells fine. The cat lady down the street will tell you the same about her house also.. Js ..update..I was threatened with legal action if i dont remove this review. I did not tell you anything about my personal life issues .to bring that up and to threaten us with legal action Validates other reviews. Im allowed to speak about my concerns.my child went there for 2 months .half of the time she was out sick and i was harassed . My ex agrees with me on the cleanliness of your school. Also, to say my child misses your school.....? She was there a total of a month. You personal never talked to me or my child. Only after you seen i wrote a review did you call me at 10pm .She likes anything with kids and a playground. Im looking at better options and the fact that its free for me and i still took her out ... Speaks volumes!! I hope you can resolve these issues . please do not threaten me with your attorneys
