My child’s bus driver and monitor are so kind! Their doing a great job in keeping everything sanitized and sanitizing my child’s hands before and after each ride. Thank you First Student for keeping children safe!

DONT use First Student for any reason. In September 2013, we had a brand-new 2014 school bus break down on a class trip to University of Connecticut. The driver was pretty bad, too. My New Years resolution is to ride more coaches than school buses. Please, please dont use this company for any particular reason, ESPECIALLY out-of-state field trips. Sure, the cost is lower than a tour bus, but that comes at the expense of terrible service and unsafe buses.

Ridiculous that the bus is supposed to get to the drop off at 3:21 it is now 4:05 and still NO BUS!!!!!and then getting a phone call from the school at 3:45 saying the bus is running a little late....... A LITTLE....ITS BEEN AN HOUR SINCE MY KIDS HAD BEEN OUT OF SCHOOL AND SHE ISNT HOME YET,,,,, VERY DISSAPOINTED IN THE PAWTUCKET SCHOOL BUS SYSTEM!!!!!

Horrible there bus drivers are rude there either to early or to late always change needs to happen

I drive a school bus for other company ,I never saw such bad school bus drivers like today a first student school bus passing other bus with us reds and stops sign on unbelievable , other first student bus backing up in from of a school because I have my reds on unbelievable bad drivers

Think if youre going to change the times on bus stops, you should send out notifications and then not give parents attitude when the kids have been waiting over 45 min..to find out the bus came 20 min from the normal time it has been coming for over 7 yrs
