I love this place! I have been bringing my child here for the summers for the last year and some of the staff remember her as if it was yesterday. I search for a daycare that feels like family is taking care of my child and this place definitely makes us feel that way. Its hard to find genuine people who care about your kids. I came here when she was younger around 1-2 and I think its a bit much for a younger child but older kids will have a blast. She started here around 6/7 and has loved it ever since. Shes usually shy.

My kids are happy at this child care center. The staff are nice and professional. They report to me or my husband right away if there is an incident. Ms. Tawana know all the kids and parents by name. She is a very nice and loving person.. She has been a great inspiration for my kids.

The place itself is nice and fancy, you kinda feel like if youre either in Dave & Busters or main event, it is a good place entertain your kids of course, but the amount of money they charge is kinda high, I know they have to maintain the building in good condition and the staff but I dont think is a good idea to pay double or triple for a kid care, when you can go to others daycare and pay less with the same service. Other than that my daughter really loved that place, she really enjoyed to be there 👌

The people that they employ are top notch. When I bring my girls in the morning, the staff greets them by name. All of them are extremely friendly and I get the impression that they really care about my children. I feel like they are an extension of my family. They have tons of activities for my kids to do after school. I would highly recommend this place and I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

I live near by the day care and my kids are all grown-ups and have their own kids and I do not know anything about the daycare itself and the staff, I’m sure they are okay but once I was driving home saw one of their buses driving kids from somewhere perhaps after school to daycare, any way the driver was on the cell phone while driving these kids, I got the plate number and meant to call the day care and let them know about this negligent driver but I forgot. So you want to watch out for that if you got after school kids who had to drive bus with them. As a ground mother I would advise you all young mothers to Ask question, when it comes to your kid, do not put your 100% trust in others hands .They are precious. So I had to give one star to get your attention but I honestly do not know how they handle in side daycare that is for you to find out. Please do not go with only one incident, that driver might not be working there any more who knows?

Both of our boys go here and we have had about an 85-90% positive experience over the last 3.5 years. We have seen good and bad teachers come and go just like in other settings and you will have those employees that are too aggressive or incompetent and they get cycled out quickly. Some of the best teachers go on for better pay or frustration with the administration or simply move on to another career. We see that our children enjoy going and are receiving a positive experience and good education. There are other places nearby that may provide more attractions or better facilities but that has to be balanced with the disruption to the childs daily routine. I gave them five stars because even though it is not perfect I trust the staff with my childrens well being and that is vital.

My daughter attended Children’s Learning Adventure’s summer camp this summer. She had a lot of fun and especially enjoyed the art room. All of the teacher’s seemed as though they were having as much fun as the children so it was nice to know they love their job. Although the school is very large they group the children by age and then put them in even smaller groups so it is not as big as it seems. When I asked if my daughter could be in a group with her friend they moved her right away the same day. I was very impressed with their focus on customer service and making sure the children have fun.Wendy H.

Just a friendly reminder to those with little children. Theres a highly contagious virus that our daughter had caught while attending 5 days of daycare at CHILDRENS LEARNING ADVENTURE located in 518 next to 24 Hour Fitness. The facility looks great and the staff seems nice. However, they have been negligent in sending a sick baby home. When my husband went there to pick-up our daughters belongings, there were only 2 babies in the infant room. It is highly likely that the others got sick too. Also, the infant room flooded and they never told us of it potentially happening. They also had a fire drill and they never told us until after the fact that they put several babies in one crib for transport. This is day 11 of our baby being sick. Ive been sick myself for 5 days now. My husband and I have missed several days of work and costs us multiple clinic and ER visits. I have met with the director and she was nonchalant and not taking responsibility. If you guys are looking for a daycare, all I can say about this place is: BUYER BEWARE.

I take my daughter to Katy location off 1093. The place looks amazing. But that is all I can say about it.The worst thing about it is the lunches and field trips. Every time I go to get my child, she complains about not enough food or poor quality of food. An example of it is bread and soy butter (imitation of peanut butter) for lunch. Regarding filed trips, my child never gets water on the trips. They took them to a ranch in July in a 100 degree temperature but they did not give them water bottles. my child as for it and the chaperons told her they did not have any and that she had to go all the way to the building on the other side to drink from water fountain. My child told me that she was about to faint. Then on another occasion at the daycare, they had one hour of basketball outdoors, again in 100 degree temperature in July. My child was getting sick and asked her teacher to go inside. But the teacher refused to let her go inside because of scheduling. People that work there need to be trained to fit the persona of the building. You tell them something and they say they will call you but they never do. You call them to let them know of something your child have left behind and they say they will get it immediately and bring it to front, but they never do. So many more issue but I guess you get my message. By the way, my daughter is 8 years old and do not like this place despite all the nice stuff they have.

My 2 children have been long time students and the place has been steadily going downhill over the years. The daycare part is run well, but as for the after school program, the place is incredibly noisy. With children of all ages together in one place and not divided up, you can imagine how crazy it is. They consistently have 9, 10, 11 year olds running around and through 4, 5, and 6 year olds. Its so disorganized that it is normal for me to have to walk around the entire building a few times, and ask multiple employees as to which room my child is in. Most dont know or give the wrong room, leading you on a wild goose chase. They have a board which should tell you where your child is based on their class, but I can count on one hand how many times its been accurate. In addition, the wing of the building of the after school program must not have any heat, or they dont turn it on. During the winter, just that part of the building must have been 10-15 degrees colder than the rest of the area. It was so bad that many kids needed to wear their jackets while INSIDE the building. This wasnt just one day, but every day in which it was cold outside. Finally, just this week, they decided that as a condition of being at the school, you MUST give them the ability to automatically withdraw money from your credit card or checking account. I can understand it being an option, but I cant understand why in the middle of the year they decided that I must turn over control of my credit card to them or take out my child mid term. They wont even take a check for payment anymore. In a time where Target and other stores cant keep credit card info safe, I wonder how secure our information will be.At the beginning, I liked this place. After no heat this winter and the mandatory payment changes, its down to 3 stars and counting.

Ive never stepped foot in this place not seen it. Found it online, called to inquire about the rates. Was told she could not give out rates over the phone and tried to set up a tour. Advised her I didnt want to set up a tour if the facility is out of my price range. She told me she could give me a range but not actual rates, I said ok. She said it would be anywhere between $85-$225 and asked if this would be in my range. I advised her I was no longer interested, as I grew more and more frustrated. She then told me, ok I can give you the rates it will be $225 for 5 days a weekFirst of all I will never deal with a daycare that runs its business like a car dealership! Theres no way I will ever go visit nor reccomend this place! The girl on the phone was nice and I understand she was just doing her job BUT they definitely ran me off!!!

My child has attended Children’s Learning Adventure for over a year and recently started the pre-k program that is offered. Given our time with the center this review could be extensive, however, I am going to sum it as best I can.Overall I would highly recommend the center, as I have done so in the past with family and friends. Unfortunately, no matter what child care center you experience there will and should be concerns that you as a parent bring to the attention of the administration. The key is if the administration takes charge and resolves the concern immediately. I have seen this done at CLA on more than one occasion. In addition, concerns and suggestions are welcomed by CLA management. We have been very happy with the Regional Manager, Director, and newly appointed Assistant Director. All of these ladies show sincere happiness with their roles and making sure everything is running how it’s supposed to be.I don’t need to talk much about the aesthetics or enrichment, as that’s obvious if you look online and/or tour the facility. Everything that is shown is available to the kids and definitely used. The only ongoing concern is customer service with the morning front office staff. Unless one of the ladies in management mentioned above is present, you can forget receiving any type of genuine greeting or acknowledgment from them. You would think they would be the ones to start the day for you, or at least your children, but thats far from reality. This has been brought to the attention of administration, so hopefully there’s some correction to this.Nonetheless, great place that is very education driven! The price is affordable for all that you and your children receive.-Patrick

My children have attended Childrens Learning Adventure in Pearland since the day the doors opened and we are extremely pleased with our experience. We love the directors and they have never been anything but wonderful for our family and children. No matter the situation, the staff will look for, find, and execute a solution; and thats what we (as educators and parents) look for. No childcare center/school is without occasional issues, but the difference here is that as soon as the issue is discovered (either by staff member or parent), it is remedied and steps are taken to prevent any reoccurrence. We love CLA of Pearland and will keep our kids enrolled as long as we live here... especially considering the steps my children have taken in their vocabulary (in English, Spanish, AND Sign Language).
