I had high expectations for this place but I am extremely disappointed in my experience. Which has been the most horrible I have receive from an establishment. The only reason Im giving this place 1 star is because of the wonderful class instructors but outside of that Ive had absolutely the worst experience with this location due to the director Zac. She is extremely rude, unprofessional, and needs customer service training. When I signed my daughter up, I was given all the processes and procedure. We were following them for a month and then I suddenly began to receive calls from Zac, who has just joined the location. She called to tell me about the processes but spoke to me as if I was doing everything wrong. I later learned she had just changed their processes and didnt even inform the other staff until after she called me. Also, when I dropped my daughter off at the location, I saw Zac in person for the first time but she did not speak or offer help and left me standing until another staff member asked if I needed anything. Due to these horrible experiences, I decided to remove my daughter from their program. I didnt feel comfortable having her there and I began to feel Zacs behavior was racially motivated. Her Director even called me to apologize for my experience and said she would speak to her but clearly nothing has changed. I cancelled with them in June and my credit card has been recently charged when my daughter has not even been there in 3 months. I called and left a message but did not get a call back. I called again and finally got ahold of Zac but she left me on hold and never returned. This further confirms my suspicions with this person and makes me feel her actions are personal when Ive literally only had a few interactions with her. Im going to report this to the BBB and dispute this transaction with my bank. Im also going to contact corporate to have my cc information removed. I hope I dont have to escalate this to my lawyer. For some reason I am not able to remove my credit card information online myself. PARENTS SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND DONT SEND YOUR KIDS TO THIS LOCATION.

The way Kids learn coding and thinking strategy by making games is great. I feel it’s good for them too keep curiosity and not too much addict to playing computer games meanwhile. They would probably think about how the games were made while they are playing games in the future. Plus the staffs here at shadow creek are very nice also, they like teaching kids, and very patient! Appreciate their hard work!

Code Ninjas provides a wonderful learning environment for children! It fosters creativity and differentiates the instruction according to their level. The staff is absolutely amazing! My son feels like he is going to hang out with friends and he feels so comfortable to ask questions, in which they encourage and answer with age-appropriateness.

My name is KrishaI like that the teachers actually teach us the code before they give us prove yourselves. I like how the games are fun, yet teach me a lot of things. Code combat is also fun. I like how every level is a quest and adventure that we get to code. It’s just like playing a video game, except we get to make it ourselves.

My son loves coming here. He will do all his chores and homework so he can go code. He really loves the coding and his Sensai coders are always awesome and knowledgeable.

My nephews go to this Code Ninjas and cant stop talking about the games they are building after they are through with their hour for the day. Great staff and great experience for my nephews to begin a journey into the world of coding.
