Went here a few years ago for a new member ride and as someone who was young but wasn’t a beginner I felt as though they were really neglectful of their riders. The horse was amazing but the instructor had multiple girls doing lessons and almost never paid attention. I was told to just ride and trot around cones for 30 mins. I barely even got to help tack up and was ushered out without any time to pet the horses. We were told we would get a call to schedule our next lesson but that call never came and when we called to question them about it they said they had no record of us and we could pay again to have another foundation ride. We didn’t. Found another place that I am very happy at, would never come back.

Lynn, the owner, exhibits phenomenal approach to business and does a great job. Our daughter has been riding there for sometime and her instructors are able to push and develop our daughter very well.Coming from a ranch I have enjoyed seeing our daighter become a solid horseman under their tutelage.

Had a couples package listed for an hour. We arrived and were greeted once we entered into the gift shop area. Since we were early we got to feed some of the horses with snacks (carrots) until our appointment started. The instructors were very courteous, taught us a few things about horseback riding and let us do our own thing once out in the arena. Definitely recommend as a date night option. One thing that was slightly disconcerting was not receiving a confirmation email once the appointment was booked. I checked both the inbox and spam and it never came through. Im the type of person that likes proof of something that took place, so I took a screenshot to be sure. Otherwise, a very streamline, fun and informative experience.

I truly thank the staff, owner, trainers, and everyone involved here who has always gone above and beyond for my daughter as well as the horses who live here. It is truly without a doubt the best place to go to learn to ride and show horses. It is worth every penny spent! Thank you for an incredible 4 years of experiences!!! And looking forward to many more!

This place is my second home. Im bullied at school, and the horses are so gentle and sweet, as well as the instructors. If you mess up, theyre very understanding and they gently guide you if you need help. I feel so welcome there, something that Ive never felt before in any place besides my Moms house. The horses are clean, the stalls are tidy, everything is neatly organized. The staff is AWESOME, everyone is so sweet. They really make my day; them and the horses. Its extremely therapeutic! When I walk in the barn, I instantly feel better, no matter WHAT kind of day Ive had. (And Ive had my share of cruddy days)If you love horses, or you just want a place to feel like you belong, this is the place to go.

My 11 year old daughter currently takes lessons from them. I have loved every instructor and am very satisfied. She gets at least 20 minutes of riding, if not the full 30, on the foundation lessons and Im well aware of what she needs to do to move to the group class. I definitely recommend them to anyone that wants to learn riding.

I actually suffered brain damage. I used to show horses as a younger rider. I remember being bucked off a horse and hitting my head. I was told to ride through despite earning immediate amnesia and not at all knowing who or where I was, asking questions about why Im in the arena. They gladly placed me back on the horse with amnesia. I do suffer from chronic seizures and migraines which Ive never experienced before. Mind you, this was years ago, but Ive never returned after this incident. I dont know if the staff are still active, but I can say theyve changed my life and its certainly not something I am proud of.If a CHILD is injured, its highly recommended you not make them ride through, especially with concerning side-effects.

I took lessons here for probably about a year. While the people who taught there were nice, I dont feel like I learned much. I definitely didnt learn anything about how to handle a horse. Every time the horse didnt listen their solution was to use a whip on it, which does not seem like very good horsemanship. The WORST part though was when I had paid for a whole month of lessons, then got injured and couldnt ride for around 8 months. I was told I should still be in the system whenever I wanted to come back, but when I did, guess what? I wasnt in there. They had the owner call me, who was not apologetic at all, just to tell me they dont keep records after 6 months. That would be fine if they had told me that in the first place!! So then the owner rudely just cuts off any further discussion and hangs up on me. WASTED OVER $100 ON LESSONS I NEVER GOT TO HAVE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

My kids went to a friends birthday party there and they absolutely loved it. Not much you can do about the flies since they have so many horses, but the girls are very patient with the children and really explain to them more then just here is a horse pet it cant wait to go back.

I loved my horse but I paid 45 dollars for several foundation rides. I was not given criteria for moving to a group ride except it had to be okayed by the teacher. I did not realize my 30 mins included brushing, tacking and cleaning hooves which I actually enjoy doing, but by the time I got on the horse I had a 5-10 min ride/instruction!? Not worth it at all. The instruction in tacking could have been done by a passerby as I had most of it down except the order of the 3 neck bridles.

Foundation lessons are only 30 minutes and I believe that for beginners it is important to learn tacking and brushing (all aspects of riding a horse). My 5 year old does great at these lessons.

I scheduled an appointment. When I arrived I told the lady I have a Groupon. She said you need to tell us that when you schedule the appointment, so today I needed to pay by cash or card and the NEXT time I will be able to use my Groupon so I did, now I called to schedule my appointment and mentioned the Groupon and now they are saying I cant use it because I am not a new customer. But they are the ones who told that I can use it on my second visit.Do not buy a Groupon for this place.I am not the client my 6 yr daughter is. 2/20/2018
