Elizabeth is very knowledgeable. She adds great tips and humor. As a Nurse, renewal classes can sometimes be boring, but she really makes the class interactive and fun. Will definitely be returning for any renewals or additional classes.

Virtual class was great! I bought the e-book, and took the test online.The skills check off is in person, I was able to complete that shortly after completing the online course. Instructors are very knowledgeable and have a lot of experience. I really enjoyed completing the course in the comfort of my own home. It was great. They also have many available start dates for enrollment. I was able to find one very quickly, as I needed to complete my course ASAP.

I took a BLS course here today. Melody was a very knowledgeable instructor and the class moved swiftly. Pricing was less than other providers I checked with and I now have a hard copy book to refer to in the future. I will use RC Health Services Houston/Pearland again in the future.

This is a SCAM! ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY YOU WILL NOT HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN. My son is pre-med and was looking to obtain a job as an EMT so that he could get the necessary hours required for schools he is applying to. After paying in full for the program months ago it is now time for the skills day and final exam but it is impossible to get someone to call you back or email you back. My son and I have been trying to reach someone for over 3 weeks and NO ONE WILL CALL OR EMAIL US BACK. He is supposed to be taking his final exam and skills days that RC Health claims to offer but when we go to schedule this it does not exist in their system. We have tried and tried to get a response, with nothing. I welcome anyone from RC Health to please respond to me or contact me. This was such a disappointment - waste of time and money.

Instructor Maureen is fantastic. She’s excellent at explaining the steps on what to do for each emergent scenario. It was a refreshing learning experience!

Leaving this here because this is the primary location. I had no problems with the EMT program. I had no problems with my instructors up until Erika became my instructor. I think it’s inappropriate to wait for an average of 13 days for a response.

Be aware that they do not issue refunds before booking any classes with them. I had booked a virtual BLS renewal with them because my hospital was full, but an available spot opened up and I called to request a refund and was told that they do not issue refunds. $60 lesson to not do business with this company. And I’ll be sure to not refer any of my coworkers or friends to this business. You’d think they’d be more understanding and flexible during a pandemic. Stay away.

Brian Hendricks made the class so much fun. He had us laughing and kept it moving. I didn’t realize it was 4 hours. I wish I can have him every 2 years, for renewal!!!!

My instructor up and quit the program in the middle of the semester. Called to get ahold of my new instructor and some snarky lady answered saying they “sent me my new instructor in october”... with no email from her to be found which is the same thing that happened when I first begun the classes. Anyways, might fail the whole class and lose a grand because someone left me off the emailing list regarding a new instructor. Thanks for nothing.

I learned about RC Health Services and visited to renew my BLS for Healthcare Providers certification. I was surprised by how many classes are available. Theres a class available to fit almost any schedule. It was a four hour course but the instructor Mike, made it interesting. Overall, I was very pleased with the service. I definitely recommend coming here!

Today I had my 3rd visit for renewal in approximately 6 years of BLS training at this facility and I can say this experience I had today is the best I have had. First and foremost, thanks to RC for not cancelling classes due to our recent health crisis. Also, thanks to the great instructor we had today by the name of Paul Nicolosi. He was the best instructor I have had at this facility thus far, and I hope he will be there when I renew again in 2 years! THANKS!

The EMT program is growing rapidly and I love that RC Heath is setting the bar high by implementing teachings above the national registry standards to give students a head start in street readiness. I highly recommend the program.

I have met the owner, Robert Chambers, and he is extremely passionate about saving lives through his training programs. It was honestly a breath of fresh air to get to go to a training seminar that was well managed, planned, and executed.

I took the online EMT Basic course at this location. The instructors and supervisors are all incredibly helpful and great sources to learn from. I especially liked the skills days offered, because it worked with my very busy schedule and I was able to earn my certificate without sitting in a classroom every single day, while still learning and mastering important skills. I felt very prepared for the NREMT after taking this course, and the clinical experience was also very impressive for the things I was able to learn during them. I highly recommend this program to anyone trying to start a career in EMS.

I took the emt basic course at this location and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Learned so much in a single semester, and my instructor Paul was very knowledgeable about the material (and hilarious!). All their staff is friendly and helpful, especially Heather! If you are debating on enrolling in any of their courses at this location, look no further - you will surely enjoy it here.

Got my EMT basic here!! Super friendly & cooperative staff, really focused on getting you to your goals. You get out of it what you put in for sure. I’m now working BLS with an ambulance company and feel super prepared. Solid program. I was able to complete it during the second semester of my senior year, and I recommend taking the in-class or hybrid program.

As a former EMT-B years ago, I decided to make a career change and come back to EMS. It was overwhelming in trying to find a school that got straight to the curriculum that I needed and that didnt waste my time on classes I had no need for or benefit from. I was also looking for diversity in a school due to being an adult learner, that was really important to my success in being able to learn in a safe, comfortable and welcoming environment. I came across RC Health Services during my research and clearly stood out from the rest of the programs I was looking @ As an adult learner its nerve racking going back to school being away from it for so long! It was clearly the best decision Ive made in a long time! I took the EMT-B traditional class with Paul N.,my instructor for the semester. I couldnt have asked for a better instructor and environment to learn from! Marisol was a huge help in making sure we got enough skills practice by accommodating every ones schedules so we could all attend. Paul and Marisol were always ready to help with whatever we needed as a class or individually. The rest of the instructors and staff were great as well! The best part besides becoming a NREMT-B from RC Health Services is that I made a couple of life long best friends from my class. Im extremely grateful for my experiences here and would recommend anyone from all walks of life to enroll here for EMT-B and BLS classes! There is no discrimination of any kind. I did my EMT-Basic here... In addition to being competent, qualified, professionals, the teaching staff is very friendly and helpful... For sure, these people want to see you succeed, but do not expect an easy ride... Expect to be challenged... If youre willing to do your part and learn, RC Health Services will serve you well... Using what I learned there, I passed the national registry exam the first time, no problem...

I enrolled in the basic EMT at RC and am going back for my advanced at the Pearland location. The course work is challenging but the instructors are always willing to help you with anything you need. They challenge you, and its not easy, but if you do the work it pays off. Highly recommend this program for an introduction and continuation into EMS.

Great school! Got my Basic Emt certificate here and my AHA CPR class. Going to continue coming here to renew my AHA certificate and to study Advanced EMT!

I took the online/hybrid EMT basic course and loved it. The course materials and assignments were easy to understand and follow. The skills days were very helpful and instructors eager to answer questions and help. These skills days adequately prepared me for school tests and clinicals. Staff was friendly and easy to reach. The clinical sites offered were professional and fun. I felt well prepared for NREMT exam and passed on first try.

Had to go back and pick up my blue card after I’d already left. And I made sure I asked the instructor before leaving if it was online or not. When I came back to get my card the receptionist had a “why are you bothering me face” and didn’t even apologize or talk to me. They literally just handed me the card. Very very good example what not to do!

I signed up for a traditional class over the summer to get my EMT-B and I couldnt have passed my NREMT without them! The training and interactions were great and I couldnt have asked for a better teaching facility.

Excellent classes and pricing. Instructors were thorough and knowledgable with no issues in responding to questions. Very personable setting and training was interactive and educational. Will be a repeat customer for other classes I need.

Applied and paid initial deposit in August after receiving calls that there is 4 spots left so I made sure to reserve my spot. 24 hours later I receive an email that I have been waitlisted until further notice with class starting in 4 days. I call Gary, sales director, and he tells me it will be no short of a miracle to have someone cancel and open up a seat I then told him Ill wait it out till theres an open seat. None opened up and he offered the online method which I declined and said I would like a full refund instead. He said he is not in charge of Refunds even though he is the Sales Director and that I will be imposed a 10% fee along with a wait for the refund to process, as stated on the student handbook and the payment confirmation. I checked on the Payment Receipt and nothing is stated for a fee after a waitlist, also I was never admitted so I do not have access to a Student Handbook nor is there any information on their site. I then called the 281 number and they said they will call me back and send a check. 3 weeks have passed by and the class has started and I am yet to receive a refund. Have sent countless emails and voicemails and no responses as they have fled after the request of a refund. I recommend not to deal with them as I have heard bad reviews from fellow peers. Find other programs and not from RC Health Services.

Ive been using this location for my BLS and acls check off for several years. Always easy to schedule and get recertified quickly after completing online portion.
