Theyre doing the best they can with what little they have. Its a great place to apply if you want lots of hours and above average pay. Or just a job to kill a few hours out of the day.

I called today 8/27/17 to see what was going on with my cousins bus he goes from 3pm- 4pm for an after school session. Anyways I finally got through to a girl named Stephanie, I simply asked what was going on since the bus hasnt shown up at all. Instead she gets an attitude with me put me hold a couple times and then she decides to hang out on me. It is very unprofessional of her. I understand they are understaffed but that doesnt mean be rude to people that have simply questions!

Extremely rude and confrontational. The absolute worst service. Late 30 minutes everyday on one bus and the other shows up 5 minutes early and then leaves early. Impossible to deal with them. Pendleton school district has to hold this terrible company responsible for the mayhem they create for working parents.

The bus company is VERY understaffed. Cant get ahold of anyone most days. My son has not been picked up from my house and the school on numerous occasions. Plus, now Im being told my son may not have busing for the beginning of school. No communication from the bus company, when you have questions or concerns, and bus staff is incredibly rude. Hands down awful customer service. Need some restructuring of the staff for sure!!!

Bus driver on simba always threatening us kicked 3 4 people off the bus and someone had their foot in the isle and got kicked off the bus and the kids up front (their favorites) had their foot in the isle and he didn’t say a word about it just telling us to shut up

Worst bus company I have ever dealt with. Not only do the bus drivers speed while children are walking on the side of the road since this town has no sidewalks. Most of the drivers are rude to the students, they are always running late for one reason or another. And when you call to give a concer or to see what they can do to help, they tell you they are going to fix it but do nothing about it. Hate that I have to use this company. I wish there was another alternative.

Worst bus company ever. Phone line been busy for a whole day. Needs new owners or someone that knows how to run a company.

My little sister is on a bus and she hates it because the bus driver is so rude to her she does nothing and hets yelled at for nothing. The bus driver threatened to leave the kids at school because the were talking a little to loud and my sister crys every time she gets on the bus and comes off the bus crying. I do not like it. It has to stop.

The Brutus Driver wears headphones very unprofessional I tried honking and he couldn’t even hear and that’s the guy who has our children’s lives in his hands

The only thing mid Colombia bus Co has going for them is the safety of our children
