I work at Catalina and absolutely love being here. The staff treat each other like family, the students take pride in the school, and the administration and office staff are supporting and helpful. Just walking around campus you can tell that there is something special about our school and I couldnt imagine teaching anywhere else!

I work at Catalina Ventura School and I also was a student there. It is an amazing school with great administration, teachers, staff, and families. I love how it feels so warm when you walk on the campus! The teachers love the students and it is obvious that the students love the teachers! I have been teaching here for 28 years, and am thankful for each day at this school!

This school is a joke Principal and teachers are another joke, this school puts no effort into helping the children. No sports at this school no before school or after school activities, the campus looks run down the library is a joke, they always ask for money to run on the field as a class the field trips are just going to Peter piper pizza walking to it as a class and on top of that the kids still have to pay 5 so that they can go on the field trip I can go on and on about the way this school is being stuff need to change at this campus immediately only 5 star reviews you see are from current teachers or teacher aids that work at the school I really hope the school board or district see this review so they can investigate whats going on

2 years there with my kids, so far the school is the best, caring teacher safety place.Only some racist parents that cannot control themselves 😐There is alot of multicultural students and families love it❤❤👮💁👳👾👽👲👱

I am a student that attended Catalina Ventura, heading off to high school, and I have been here since Kinder all the way through eighth. I love this school and all my classmates and students in the whole eighth grade treat each other like family! I will miss every one of them and I highly recommend this school for anybody else who tend to enroll other students to this school! :-)

This school is horrific! Full of fights and constant bullying! Kids posting brutal fights online from this school is a constant occurence. I have taken my child out of this school but thought I should leave a review to warn parents and kids alike that this school is DANGEROUS!! Please be careful if your child needs to go there. The principal and staff will not help you if your child is abused there in any way. Its almost as if they dont want anyone to know the school is out of control! Take Caution!

This is a great school if you dont think so your so wrong all of the teachers there are nice, kind, and understanding I love this school and my teacher Mr. Brashear I love all the teachers here 💗💗💗

This school is a joke waste of tax payers money. Need to come up with a better plan for 5th & 6th grades. Smart kids has no advance for a better education here.

Horrible school.. Their sponsors fight at school events in front of children and parents.. The principals are a joke.. The teacher was using her phone ignoring the kids all day long..the kids twerk in the play ground... there no stoping the bad remarks i have zero positive remarks for this school. Once they offered free hot dogs during lunch and made the people get in line in the heat with no shade offered no water by the time lunch was over they claimed their grill stopped working so everyone left hungry and thirsty while they sat in the shade instead of telling us sorry and please head to the cafeteria for real food . Constant bullying.. And no dress code.

I love this school my daughter was in kinder to eighth graade and my son was from kinder to seventh grade and i never got any problems it gives responsibilitys to kids such as doing your homework and give it to the teachers.♡♡♡

Ok so my kids have been going to this school for about 5 years now and the reason my kids go to this school is because I used to go here since 5th grade and loved this school. So this year my kids were denied for reduce or free lunches so on Friday I got a notification that my kids accounts need money for their lunches. I made a payment on Friday for that day and up until tomorrow Tuesday the 23rd. So my husband calls me telling me that one of my kids didnt receive lunch today at all and that he was told that your parents are bringing you lunch today? Where did this lunch lady get this information who knows as my son was putting in his number and was stopped and told this information. Im so angry and Im holding back on not cusing this school out but to leave my child without eating is bull****. This school will hear from me. By far this school sucks it has been nothing but problems.
