It offers well rounded Dance and Fitness programs and the class formats and instruction are of the highest caliber. It’s golden goose is the internationally ranked Irish and Ballroom dancing programs. If you have a have a dancer who is ready to compete at the pre-professional level, then this is the place for you! Naomi leads her team with heart and dedication, and gives her all to train your dancer to be the best they can be!The fitness classes are great and I really enjoyed the high energy classes and professionalism of the instructors! High Fitness, HIIT, and Barre are my favorite class formats and really enjoyed my workouts at Naomi Lou!It’s great to have a fitness studio in Pleasant Grove that offers so many great classes for dancers and adults! Naomi has helped me get back into Irish dance after a five year break. She is been so encouraging and helpful getting back into the sport I love. She truly cares about her dancers and clients. Such a great place to get into shape and have FUN doing it!

I absolutely love this studio and Naomi and everything she stands for! She is so hardworking and puts everything she has into this studio, and it shows! Free bottled water and energy packets, clean towels, treats at the front desk, toys for the kids...every detail is perfect! I did a photo shoot here with the natural light from the large garage door in back and it was perfect! If you are looking for Irish dance, ballroom dance, or fitness classes in Utah County please don’t pass this place up!

My daughter does Irish dance with Naomi here and absolutely loves it. We’re a military family and my daughter has a hard time transitioning and with social anxiety. Naomi is so amazing with her and all of her students. The growth I’ve seen in my daughter is amazing! Not just in dance but in life. The confidence she is gaining in dance is giving her confidence in other aspects of her life and I just couldn’t be happier with this studio! Not to mention the studio is great, clean, classy, professional, etc. I highly recommend.

I have taken Irish dance and HIGH Fitness classes at Naomi Lou Studios and have never been disappointed! The studio is super clean, theres a great sound system for music, and theres always bottled water available if you forget to bring your own! Naomi is obviously devoted to giving her clients the best experience and I have not been disappointed!

My son has been taking Irish dance lessons here since February and he is doing amazing. Naomi is a great instructor and is so patient with the kids it makes for a great dance and learning experience for the kids. Ive never had a bad experience here and as long as my son wants to continue to dance this where we will be going.

Jackson Dancesport provides amazing coaching and mentorship for dancers who are serious about excelling in Latin Dance. Their coaches push for excellence and hard work while providing a welcoming and accepting atmosphere. They have found the perfect balance of hard work and fun. I highly recommend them!
