Zoe was great! This was a first time experience for me. Zoe was ready and greeted me warmly when I arrived at her studio. The atmosphere was clean, warm and inviting. Zoe explained what to expect, and did a good job educating me. My experience was relaxing as I listened to the beautiful sounds playing while enjoying the dimmed light. Her space is so clean, physically and energetically! Zoe was very explanatory on what she was doing and took time to answer questions and go more into details about what she felt/found during my session. She has a great healing energy, I felt things I didn’t even know were still there and let go of things that I had been holding on to as well. I definitely felt emotional when I left, but it was things that I needed to let out. I felt so wonderful the next few days too, it was like I felt lighter and had a better explanation of some things personally. I had my first Reiki session on Saturday. I really had no idea of what to expect. Zoe is so kind and makes you feel at ease during the whole process. I have had so much built up anxiety over the years. I lost my mom in August this year. I have felt lost since loosing her and my anxiety has just increased. My session with Zoe left me relaxed and calm for the first time in years. I cannot wait to book another session and continue on my journey to healing!

I was not sure what to expect since I hadnt done Reiki before. Zoe made me so comfortable, explained everything and just was super pleasant.I left my session feeling great! I felt different, wasnt sure how until later in the week when I realized that I was handling things in my life differently and that my emotions were not clogged. My intrusive negative self talk that I struggle with didnt spiral and feed my depression. It was less frequent and I overall just felt better. I cant describe the internal battle Ive been facing lately, but it was taking me down for months. I loved my personalized chakra report! To be honest, I didn’t know much so it was fun to read and learn about the specific chakra cycle I am in for my age. I was surprised to find all of the information matched spot-on with where my life is at currently and it gives all sorts of tips on how to heal and balance my chakra with colors, crystals, etc. Definitely recommend!
