My children take dance classes here and have had a wonderful experience and have learned so much! I recommend them to anyone looking to learn or have fun, huge variety of classes available.

Lifeplex is a great social place with very friendly staff. The facilities are amazing but what stood out to me was the lack of athletic facilities for the Ancilla athletes. A room filled with ice baths, foam rollers and massage seats will increase these athletes performance as theyre body is recovering that much faster.

It closes at 9pm and some of the faculty is rude. Its also not open on Sundays. I recommend going to a cheaper gym thats open 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
