A terrible experience! I was told by their home office that I would have my fence no within 3 weeks.i payed $2,500.00 by credit card. Three weeks came and went. I called and inquired. I was frustratingly put on hold and left there many times. I called again, same thing. I was then given various reasons why it was not ready. At the 6 week point I was told the sales person had never ordered properly but it was ordered today and will be here next week”. I can not believe this after 6 weeks. I was given the runaround so many times I got dizzy. I asked to just refund the money to my credit card. Now the same people that gave me the run around for 6 weeks are telling me they are going to refund my card saying “It may take a week“..Terrible customer service and business practices..
