I went in this evening to ship a tee shirt to NY. It was packed in a small bubble mailer. The woman behind the counter clearly was still learning how to ship and had questioned another associate. I was told the cheapest was a little under $23.00. What??? Ive shipped from here many times in the past and couldnt believe the cost quoted. I asked her to ask another associate for help. The other associate said, yes, thats what it says. I stated something must be wrong. They suggested I go the post office.Someone needs to check into this.Not sure if its just this location, but it seems to be going downhill, everywhere from trained and friendly staff to less product and higher prices. Sad to see this happen to a once great company!Update: I went to the Post Office. Cost: $4.30

Very bad Staff they don’t to help!! I went couple times to print some papers they said u do it yourself something wrong with the computer too slow so I printed out myself no body want to help and they cost me 15$ for 14 pages and when I told the associate that’s too much she said there is extra money because you use the computer????? I was like you told me to do so because u don’t know how to print!!!!!!!! Very bad customer service.

Had a great customer service experience. I was looking for a printer ink cartridge and the manager worked with me calculating the different prices for the longer lasting v. regular cartridges that were on sale. He used his hand-held device to look up information and we figured out the best cost-effective purchase. I also got $50 in rewards and they don’t expire. I had another issue that day where two recyclable cartridges I previously returned for a $4.00 credit didn’t show up on my account. He said he would take $8.00 off my bill when I was checking out for my purchase of the new ink cartridges. So, my savings that day was $58.00! He was so patient and seemed to truly enjoy helping me.

Looking at the desktop computers, a employee named Brian approached me and asked if I wanted help. He was not only very knowledgeable but also very relaxed, with not even a hint of sales pressure. I was very impressed with the experience, proof being, I dont usually write reviews. Jack D

Excellent customer service throughout the store and on multiple occasions. Most recently, I was in the market to make a major equipment purchase. It was my good fortune to have been assisted by Mr. Calvin Scannell, Sales & Service Manager, who attentively assisted me in finding the right printer solution for my new office. Calvins superior customer service orientation, product knowledge, and attention to detail delivered on my requirements at a competitive price.

Local staff very helpful. Corporate might want to review the website as the copy and print shop is hard to find on the main site. Have ordered some supplies to pick up, but finding just as easy to shop on my own as the lines for the on-line pickup can be long esp. if there are tech questions. It is my go to store.

I visited this store to use their fax machine. I had to fax about 42 pages to California. When I tried it myself the machine kept saying that there was a paper jam so I asked for assistance. The employee, Nejah, was very kind and help me figure out that I was trying to fax too many pages at once so we split the packet in half and set it up to fax both at the same time on two separate machines since it takes about 2 minutes per page to complete the fax. The first one started to process so she went back to her register to do her tasks for the day. I went on the fax the rest while the first half was processing and it showed me a screen with the price. The price was pretty high so I canceled it and went to try to cancel the first half but it would not allow me to. I asked Nejah if it’s possible to cancel it on her end and refund the money. She informed me that there was not a way to do that but said she would speak to her manager to see if he could help me. Brian came over and was very kind. He understood that I would not have completed the first half of the fax if I knew it was so pricey(even though their fax prices were posted on the wall I was oblivious to that with my new mom brain and did not see it!). Brian told me he would allow me to process the second half of the fax and apply a coupon to the whole order of both faxes to make the total half of what it would have been! I was so appreciative because these two employees did not have to do this kind gesture for me and they did. I will definitely return to this Staples in the future since they have such kind and hard working employees! Thank you, Nejah and Brian for your kindness and help!

Nothing of imprtance. Have always had good experiences at Plymouth Staples. Tried a cut rate store for folders. Bad quality and actually more expensive. Purchased my needs at Staples and returned items at cut rate store. Lesson learned.

I went to Staples to purchase a virus protector and a clean-up of my computer the other day and was appalled at the lack of knowledge and help I encountered. First of all they told me they had to do a diagnostic test on the computer which was free and took all of 10 minutes. Finding a virus they told me they had to get rid of that (cost $ 160.00) before they would install a virus protector for $99.00 . I refused and took my computer to Best Buy. They cleaned up my computer and installed a virus protector in less than an hour and the cost was $90.00. My computer is running smoothly now and at a good speed. I will never go back to Staples again. I also might add that last year I went to Staples and had my computer worked on in the same manner -- spent a good amount and it still really had little improvement. Staples tech department has gone down hill and Staples is very expensive in all departments-- even a pad of paper is outrageous. The young men at Best Buy (Geek Squad) are extremely knowledgeable and educated technicians and are able to answer any questions you may have and give you professional service.

How can you run a business but never answer the telephone. I have gone into this store and received service like I got an answer on the telephone. I dont know why I even bother to ever shop here I wont shop here again that is for sure. They let there staff goof off and while I waited about fifteen minutes in line to pick up a order the man behind the counter played on his phone only helping me when I asked him if the phone was work related. Ridiculous!!!

The best! I used to drive by other office supply stores to go to Staples. Prices are in line with everywhere else but the service makes it! The computer desk and print shop excel!

Dont use the Printing and Shipping at this Plymouth store. They are completely inept. I paid over $50 to ship something via UPS 2 day air. The store sat on it a day, now it wont deliver for 7 days! Unacceptable!

This is a very poorly managed store. They are always out of simple things and seem to have no idea how to stock properly. Take a little extra time and go to Pembroke.The general manager (Carol) is worthless. Their card processing was acting up yet the person kept having me swipe my card. I ended up going to the ATM next door and paying cash for the transaction. All of the swipes went through and now they cannot figure out how to credit my account.

The Print department was a very disappointing experience. The staff was very unorganized, not trained and lacked customer service. I was charged excessively for a print job that the Boston Staples had done incorrectly and then told by the Print Manager that it was not her problem. I attempted to contact Staples Corporate for assistance and the only result there was a wasted email string that ended with them advising me to possibly contact the Boston Staples again to see if they can do anything.

Had an aweful experience tonight. Went to get resume printed on nice paper and it took 20 mins waiting in line. First arrived at the copy center and no one was there and line was 3 customers deep. The phone rang for at least 7 mins straight, and staff very rude. I usually have patience, but this isnt the first time we have had this issue. Another gentleman in line mumbled about how annoying the phone was and a couple in line behind me left due to wait time and lack of staff.

I have been waiting for a refund for two weeks due to their computer glitch Im highly ticked. They avoid your call any way they can and then are rude.they fully admiitted it was their fault. they just wont refund about 300 dollars. im a single mom on ssdi
