I couldnt be happier with the staff and level of care my child has received at Bright Horizons Crown Colony. When looking for a center my wife and I looked into all the available options in the Quincy area and Im positive we choose the best center. The staff is very friendly, professional and attuned to the childrens needs.

BH at Crown Colony is amazing! It has been under new management for the past few years, and is top notch, thanks to Heather and Nicole! We have our little one in the infant program for almost a year now and couldn’t be happier. They have done a great job with keeping covid out and keeping the children and staff safe. The staff will be getting vaccinated soon too. Our baby girl is so happy there and learns something new every day! As first time parents we didn’t know what to expect, and they helped us and continue to help us along the journey! Tori is the lead infant and regional master teacher, she is awesome, we are lucky to have her care for our child. The app is great, we get updates throughout the day with pictures and videos. We love BH!

My wife and I have two children at the Bright Horizons in Crown Colony. What impresses us most about the center is how much the staff cares about supporting the social and emotional development of all children and supporting each child in reaching or surpassing developmental milestones. The teachers have a love for working with children and it truly shows. Crown Colony is more of a community where you get a chance to meet the team, interact on the daily basis, and form lasting bonds with the team and other families that attend the center. The administration of the center is top notch. They actively seek input from families. Also, if your child is experiencing any challenges theyll be with you to chart out a plan to make sure the behavior/issue is corrected at school and at home which I appreciate.Crown Colony truly flourished when Heather took over as the Centers Director and when Catherine took over managing the education program. Theyve brought a vibe to the center that is warm, engaging, and stimulating. Prospective parents can tour the center to see if Crown Colony is the right fit for your little ones as well.

The center is well managed and maintained. The infant room teachers are wonderful. The classroom learning curriculum for infants is great. I love the ability to receive updates and pictures throughout the day. Teachers and staff are responsive and always willing to answer questions. The only thing stopping me from giving a 5 star rating is the tuition is on the higher side compared to competitors.

The ability to be able to receive updates on my child throughout the day was a major reason why I chose this center. The center is clean and the staff Ive encountered show that they care about my child. I am very happy with my childs progress at this center. The only negative for me is the tuition being on the higher side.

We enrolled our son into the BH daycare in August 2016. He was 5 months. I understand the fear of new moms and wishing our boy would be cared for as I would. My husband and I researched several places and chose Crown Colony BH. We were welcomed and visited with our boy the first week before we let go. He was taken care of by the caring teachers and staff, exposed to numerous activities and made friends. As a toddler he moved to the next class room. I give credit to Ms. Tina for all the work she does with the kids during this time, to ease them during this change. His teachers as he moved on changed during this time quite a bit (and I know this is unsettling to parents, but life happens and with a change to new administration, former teachers simply had to find the fit that’s best for them). My husband or I may not like this, but we understood. What helped us through this time was that the new admin held meetings and reassured us at keeping things consistent and did so via the help of the teachers that stayed.Ms. Lauren and Ms. Amanda stayed and made his toddler time consistent and a joy. He potty trained with their help. And before we know it, he was moving on to Pre-school. He is thriving there under the guidance of Ms. Dali and Ms. Katie and continues to be nurtured. Crown Colony BH was the right fit for us based on the care our son received and its location.Choose what fits your life. They fit ours.

I would have rated less than 1 star if I could. The teachers are really not connected. They dont communicate anything to parents. They dont speak much to kids either. The teachers keep changing and we have to keep repeating the info to each teacher everytime and its never taken into consideration. The center is really good in terms of infrastructure. The teachers dont have any passion for their profession. I have seen them shouting at my daughter and other kids when they cry. And this treatment is for young toddlers. Clearly its better to keep the kid home than sending here, specially if the kid is too small to express what happens in the day care. I went to the center many times without notice to check on my kid and most of the times I found teachers shouting at one or the other kid. When they see any parent, they slow down. A new girl was crying a lot and teachers were just sitting and seeing Ipads. I asked them the reason for crying. They told, their parents have left her and they dint have any care for the little kid. That day I decided to pull my kid off the center. Our kids deserve much much better than this center.

This looks like a great center but its just a certificate mill. My son got lost in the shuffle a lot and teachers always seem disjointed.

The center is expensive and has had a lot of staff turnover but is great for kids with allergies!!! They have no ability to teach children because of staff turnover.
