Sara stayed late to do a full set for me!! She did an amazing job and added that little extra bit of femininity I was needing after training Jiu Jitsu for 14 years and not really getting to be a “girl”, lashes was just the little touch to make me remember what feeling like a feminine woman is!! She was so sweet and did exactly what I asked!! Cat eyes and not too thick!! They are perfect!! I live an hour away and I’m so pleased with Sarah‘s work that I bought a membership and will make a day of it every two weeks! Thank you so much!!! 🥰

I love the staff, they’re fantastic friendly kind. I’m having the issue the lashes that don’t stay, and not being fuller and thicker, I have tried volume, 3D, 6d, and 10ds I have had to go back with in 3 days because they just fall out.staff was fantastic they got me and fixed the issue however they did not stay on and now I have numbs for eye lashes. I have done everything they tell me don’t getThem wet for 24 hours, wash every other day wash everyday, I have used and tried everything they said, the bond mascara the black mascara the cleaning brush the make pads the soap. And still nothing..Don’t get me wrong they felt great on, did not feel heavy, did not hurt, could take a nap or have a really great conversation with the techs. Maybe the glue hates me! They have great specials and I always do extras to get close to what I’m looking for but still looking for full thick lashes and something that will stay. I did have these done before in Boise and they would stay with a little fill and they where fuller and thicker. It’s not like I don’t know how to care for them.It seems like it works great here for others maybe it’s just me with glue. But I totally love the staff, and how gentle they are.

Ive been getting my lashes done in Carson City for a couple of years. I tried Flirty lash in Reno because I saw such amazing lashes on social media and I was referred to Tracy by my friend Nicole. I had my lashes done by Megan the day before my Maui trip started. 10 days of swimming and snorkeling and my lashes still look like day 1!!I used to hate getting lashes because it can take 2-3 hours on average, I was done in less than 2-Megan is awesome and very talented. Bailey does my nails and she’s always a sweet pea even though I’m indecisive and not adventurous. Time to update my review!I finally took the step and got my lashes done by Megan! I love them and will never not have lashes again. Megan is totally awesome and made sure I was in love (which its totally hard not to be). Ive also had her do my eyebrows and they look fantastic. Let me tell you some darker brows makes a difference.The ladies here at the salon are awesome, I dont understand why all these people want to hate! Ive been coming here over a year (for nails, recently for lashes) and I wouldnt go anywhere else for any of these services.I always come here to get my nails done by Bailey, she does an amazing job and always accommodates my crazy nail art ideas. I always leave feeling great about my fresh set of nails. While I havent had much other interaction with the other staff, they all seem to be very pleasant. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Omg worse experience ever! The place is not clean does not look like a professional business. Paid for a full set plus 3x volume looks like I barley have volume. I got there feeling hopeless about my eyebrows ever looking good. By the time it was all done I couldnt believe how amazing of a job Nicko did! I feel so beautiful! Truly a miracle worker! He walked me through every single step of the process ensuring that no pressure was being put on me and that I had several options before going through with microblading. This made me feel safe and confident that everything was going to be ok, after all its my face that was to be worked on. Im so grateful, this is truly skilled art! No make up at all is in this before and after picture. Literally took one picture the day before and then in the parking lot after I left.

I been to see Bailey many times to get my nails done. Staff are always respectful and courteous. Clean and comfortable environment.

I walked in and was standing for about 15 mins because the staff was attending to another client. It was my turn and the first thing the staff asked was if i have an appointment with them. Lack courtesy and did not acknowledge the other clients waiting in line. Lack of simple courtesy. I made this known to her and she just kept on asking what i wanted done. I just walked out.

I have been going to bailey for over 2 years now and cant imagine having another nail artist.I get my eyelash extensions done by their master tech, Megan, who truly give flawless lash results EVERY time! her work is clean, precise, and gorgeous.I have recently started Raiki with their master raiki therapist Tracey, and I cant out into words how calm, happy, and peaceful I feel every time Tracey is through with me. A few weeks ago I went in to have a facial with Tracy. It was amazing, it was so relaxing I didnt want it to end, I never felt my face and neck feel so clean! One of my main concerns with my skin was the dryness, she suggested a chemical peel. Within a couple weeks after the peel my face felt smoother and looked more radiant. I wish I had done this years ago. I plan to schedule with her once a month.Yesterday, I had my eyebrows microbladed with Nieko he was amazing !! I have good eyebrows, but I have a few spots on my brows that hair doesnt grow back on probably from all the years I pluck them. So I had him fill in those areas sharpen up the look and my arch making them look more cleaner yet still keeping the natural look. I literally cant stop staring at them, Im in love with my brows. I couldnt be happier. Overall, Flirtylash has professional and experienced staff I would recommend to anyone!! Thanks 😘😘

Megan has been doing my lashes for about 4 months now, i am completely satisfied with her work, coming from southern cali i was skeptical on finding someone to trust here in Reno with my lashes! I found her! I have amazing retention, no clumps, perfection!

Do not go here for lash extensions. I went for my first set of lashes ever and had a horrible experience. Not only did I walk away with lashes that were too long, too heavy, and nothing like what I asked for, but they were so poorly applied that they actually broke my natural lashes. The stylist also completely glued my lashes to my bottom eyelids, so she had to pick them apart with tweezers and got glue in my eyes during the session. These things should NEVER happen while getting extensions. I went to another local lash bar to get them removed.

Poor job. I told the tech what I wanted and she didnt understand. She used black glue, which obscured by eyelids. She didnt make them flair out and used short curly eyelashes. Very unbecoming. It just made my small eyes look smaller. Afterward, my eyelids stuck together and some of my eyelashes ripped out. It has taken me 2 hours to remove some of them at home. I will go to Sallys and buy some of theirs to repair this job the best I can and do the flair myself. A lesson learned. Guess if you want something done your way, it is better to do it yourself. These are very easy to do. Tweezers, and glue on foil.

I get my lashes done by Neiko and I LOVVVEEEEEEEE them every time! I work as a receptionist in a busy busy animal hospital and I have at least 2 or more people comment my lashes every day! I recommend Flirty Lashes to every single person who compliments me and I tell them I wouldnt go anywhere else! I had my lashes done once previously and I wasnt very impressed and that I wanted for them to all fall off and I thought Id never get them done again but I found Neiko by accident on instagram and loved his work so I made an appointment and I will never to anywhere else! I have seen Megan and Dani as well at Flirty Lash and I love their work too. I am never disappointed or unsatisfied. The environment is so amazing, with relaxing music and nice smells that makes my lash naps even better. 1000000x would recommend

Do Not go here. They do not give the client the best service. They just want to sell the most expensive product and do not take into account whether or not it is best for the client. My lashes started falling off the day after I got them applied. This was not the first time I had lashes and I take care the product always. Beware.

These are some of the most unprofessional lash techs out there. Half of the service they are on their phone taking person calls or texts. When the service was completed I had black glue speckled all over my face. Ive seen almost all the techs there and they want to charge me extra for wanting a full look with only single lashes. Its not that hard to add maybe 5 more lashes onto each eye. Worst place in reno. Pink blush bar is way friendlier and just better.

Definitely wouldnt recommend going here. I have been going here for about 6 weeks to get my eyelashes filled and then the eyelashes started itching and feeling really heavy. I had recently gotten a fill on Friday of one week and then went to see another eyelash tech from another salon regarding the itching of my eyelashes two days later. She said that unfortunately if I continue to go here that all of my natural eyelashes would be gone in about 6 months with the way they put them on...she also told me that you could still see the glue that was put on and that all of the lashes were clumped together and that is why they were itching so bad.Unfortunately, I went back on Monday (3 days later) and got them removed. I had just paid $75 to get them filled and the manager (Nancy) ensured me that I would not get any refund whatsoever because it was my fault that the eyelashes clumped together. I have nothing bad to say about the staff, but the manager (Nancy) has no problem blaming her returning customers. Sadly they have lost my business.

Dont go to this place!!! I had beautiful long eyelashes and This place screwed them up.I went here to get my eyelashes done, after a few weeks I expected them to fall out naturally. I then noticed they werent coming off like they should have.I have gotten my eyelashes done before at this place I use to go, so I know they fall out on their own (the fake lashes). A month passed and I still had half of them on. I noticed some of the fake eyelashes falling out and I saw my own lashes (the ones that they put with the fake) were stuck on the fake eye lashes that were ripped out by their glue. The glue messed up my eyelashes. I have only a few eye lashes left of my own!! I always had beautiful long lashes, they were just not curly. Its been about two months and i still have some of their fake eyelashes on me. They were hanging by the glue... I look horrible with my few eye lashes, also when I close my eyes, i can feel my eye lid touching the bottom eye lash, its scary how much of my own fell out.I called them up, I am freaking out because the left eye lashes have fallen out. Leaving me with bare eyes!!!!! I never had this in my life!! When I called them up, and told then about what happened. They said that I am so use to seeing the fake eyelashes as my own. That is not true!! I know how much eye lashes I had. When I went to get my eyelashes done at this other place (should have stayed with them, they were more expensive, but now I know why) they took 3 hours to do my eyelashes because i had so many. They even complimented me on my full eyelashes. Like i said, i just wanted them cruly and have the look as when you put on mascsra so thats when I got them done. I have pictures of before and after with my real eyelashes and the ones I was left with. Its not in my head. They said the only thing they can do is... make an appointment with them and its 25 dollars to remove them. Wow! I wouldnt go back to them if they paid my visit and plus putting more fake eyelashes.I want to leave this review so others dont turn out like me. I am crying over here and freaking out. They say eyelashes grow back in 8 weeks (I really hope so, this is what is keeping me from going historical. Sorry if I am rambling, I am just freaking out. I am so bummed out and I cant believe this happened.

Horrible experience! These ladies do not know what they are doing when it comes to eyelash extensions and they completely damaged my natural lashes!! Do not waste your money because they do a poor job and do not care about doing their work the correct way.

COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME AND THEY CHARGED ME 25$... HAD NO SERVICE DONE... WHAT IS 2 MINUTES REALLY???? I CALLED TO LET THEM KNOW I WAS RUNNING LATE AND THEY SAID NOT A PROBLEM WELL THEY LIED CUZ IT WAS A PROBLEM!!! I AM PISSED OFF AND THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND DOWN RIGHT RUDE!!!! I got screwed by these people. The Lash artist used way to much glue and I lost a third of my natural lashes because of it. The owner refused to even do anything to try to make it right! Do not get your lashes done here. Youll regret it!

My appointment was canceled at the last minute as I was on my way from Carson City to Reno. When I asked if Corrine had a cold why hadn’t anyone let me know earlier and Nicole responds with “Well if I would’ve known.” I understand emergencies and illness happen, but this just seemed a little unprofessional all the way around.
