I was informed by one of the employees that the store, which is probably most of the building, has been open during the pandemic. I was able to shop how I wanted and was treated very well.

Great small shop. Bought a bunch of their spices as a gift. Prices are really reasonable. 33-89 cents per Tablespoon!You can eat lunch there, and they offer cooking classes!

I have eaten in the restaurant and the food was super fresh and delicious. The store has a great selection of kitchen products. I have taken several cooking classes and found them to be fun and informational. Great place!

By far the most delicious gourmet sandwiches I have eve eaten. Joel the waiter makes you feel like home. The lady owner is such nice person always checking her costumers. Totally recommended.

The cooking classes are not only informative but, fun. We take friends for an evening of friendship, laughter and good food. The staff is highly attentive to your needs and work very hard to make the experience amazing.The kitchen store is an experience all in itself. They carry items that make kitchen life easier for the passionate cook.The restaurant has wonderful food and a casual atmosphere. It was nice. The food was good but not a lot of choices (pre-designed) for vegetarians or vegans. The service was excellent.

The classes have been extremely informative but also fun. Lara is very knowledgeable but knows how to connect with her students. I will definitely be back.

Holy Smokes! If you have not enrolled yourself or taken a class from Lara, you are missing out! It doesnt matter if your a beginner or gourmet, she makes her classes fun and delicious! Her business is always spotless and clean, lunches have always been fresh and tasty, seasoned to perfection. Nothing to It is Remarkable, I know this review may have me standing in line for lunch, but anything good is worth waiting for....right! I OH! Her staff! Her staff is outstanding! She attracts the most wonderful men and women to be on her team....I dont know how she does it???? Im guessing her husband is a good & supportive guy! Yea for Lara!

My family have taken quite a few classes here. They are geared toward younger classes and adult classes. We unfortunately have a child that was in the middle. We would put him in younger classes and he was too old for the children and recipes. So we put him in adult classes with his father and he would be the only child. I do have to say they had a great time. Over all the classes were designed well, the food was fresh and the classes were fun.

My wife and I had lunch there today. Amazing!!! The BLT Turkey sandwich may be the best Ive ever tasted. Ana and Saul were so nice and helpful. We will definitely be eating there again. I would absolutely recommend NTI to everyone!

The Bread Pudding is the Best I have ever had. Better than your grandmothers. A++++++++I will make a stop every trip to Tahoe.

This has become one of our favorite places for lunch. The food is fresh and tasty. The menu is just big enough to give anyone something they would like but not so big that you get lost in it. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is always delivered quickly and the soup is hot, the salads are freshly tossed and the sandwiches are mouth watering.

I wish there were more stars.I recently heard about this place & decided to give it a try,& omg it was the best food experience Ive had in a long time. The sandwich I ordered was superb, the Spilunker, terrific, perfectly made as if tgey wanted someone to actually eat it. The course mustard ajoli was just right, along with the caramelized onion & light fluffy ficasia bread & perfectly cooked roast beef subilne. I had the manderine chicken salad as my side. It was dressed perfectly, sweet & tangy chopped so it was easy to eat. Im rarely speechless but when my server came & asked me how my meal was I just gushed.I had the coconut cake for desert, very good, light yet sticky glaze, with a dolup of fresh whipped cream made my lunch very memorable. I also got a fresh chocolate chip cookie to go. My only complaint would be the chair was too tall for the table I sat at which made the distance to my mouth too far from the delectable feast I experienced. This will be on my go to lunch place for quite some time...My lunch was $11.95 plus $2.50 for tea & $6.96 for the cake & $1.50 for the cookie. Some might think it too expensive but for the flavor rich meal well worth the price.

I wanted to surprise my fiancé with a little date night so I signed us up for the cioppino and pot roast class. We get there & come to find out I’m an idiot and only signed myself up! They were super accommodating and let me pay for my fiancé right then and there and they set up an extra spot for him. The staff is all really friendly and Lara (owner) is very funny and knowledgeable. It’s very fun because everything is all measured out for you and you follow the recipe with 4-5 other ppl. And there’s wine! We made some new friends, got to eat yummy food & we didn’t have to do any dishes. We are already planning on coming back!!
