There were several schools I had to choose from. 160 driving academy turned out to be the best choice. The instructors and the staff are not only your friends but your family. They will not let you fail if you put in the work. I am so glad I chose 160 to get my CDL. I would personally like to thank the manager Stacy and of course the instructors that included Fred Joe and Tom. All were very informative and great and had a lot of patience. If you’re going to go for your CDL and you want to succeed.160 is best for choice. I did not get paid to say this LOL it’s just the truth. My recommendation would be 160 but I would also tell you to practice for your permit before even going.. The best way to do that would be to download the CDL Prep app . It could be found in the Apple store and Google play. As long as you practice those questions and get 99% right you will go in to the DMV and pass. Good luck to you all. It’s a win-win. And keep trucking.

Nevada trucking school is a great school! I never had to stand around waiting for my turn to drive. There was always a tractor and trailer there for me to use and learn. The instructors where always available to teach and ready to answer questions. Chris and Leandra are great instructors. Rick and Heather (owners}where always helpful and willing to work with scheduling issues from time to time. The evaluators where firm but fair. Very concentrated learning, not a moment went by when we were not busy learning something.I highly recommend this school if you want to learn and obtain your CDL.Sincerely, Nick

This is the second time here and I would recommend this school to all family and friends. Owners and instructors are seriously like family members. There is never a problem not knowing what your doing because there is always someone to answer questions and they wont give up on you till you got what was instructed.

I had a real positive experience with the Nevada Driving School. The staff and owners are very friendly and work with the students to accomplish one thing and that is to get your CDL. I would recommend this school 100%

This one star does not reflect the trainers at all! All three trainers that I met were so nice and so welcoming. This one star is to reflect the male owner of this school. My wife started school never stepping foot inside of a truck in two days they had put her name on the board to text the next friday. They did this before she had ever shifted a truck or performed any sort of pre trip. The next week she had called me crying because the owner is forcing her to test in 4 days, still hadnt driven the truck. When expressing her concern to the owner he treated her like garbage and gave her attitude. I paid 2500 dollars for my wife to be pushed around by some over compensating prick. If you are looking for a school that will make you feel comfortable and make sure you are ready to be tested in the time they say and not force you to test early wile treating you like scum YOU MUST LOOK ELSEWHERE. I will never advertise this business or recommend anyone to go there. I wish I didnt have a full time job so I could of been in every class with my wife to stop the amount of disrespectful behavior she was experiencing.

These people never pick up the phone. I got a call back a couple of day ago but when he heard I was a female hung up on me. Not recommended for woman very sexist.
