I came in for printing services that I needed to have complete within 24 hours. The work was for a non-profit that I support, so I was super conscious about cost. Holly helped me to figure out how to minimize the costs by limiting the color printing where not absolutely necessary, and suggesting that I use self print for some of the documents. She also came in early the next day to get the job out much earlier than anticipated!I truly appreciate Hollys above and beyond service. Office Depot is now my go-to print shop!

A very enjoyable shopping experience. I went in looking for laminates and Allen asked if he could help and he did, took right over to the laminates and then asked if he could help me with anything else and l said l would browse the sales and he identified himself and assured me that he would standing by if l needed help with anything else. Well to my delightful surprise he offered me a great deal on a office chair and a chromebook. I was quite pleased with the superior customer service l received from Allen! And Brandon was kind enough to wheel the chair to the far end of the parking lot where l had parked. Needless to say l left quite satisfied! Stopped by to get a number of things. Everyone at this location just likes to point in a general direction and tell you, Its over there! No one wanted to take us to the aisle and help us at first. 5th person we ran into, recruited from their lunch break by a co-worker, actually provided the most help for the whole experience. In the end, half of what we needed was going to be purchased at another retailer anyways. Disappointing customer service levels when compared to all other locations across the country weve been to. Only redeeming aspect was they price matched without much difficulty.

Office Depot is my favorite place.their copy center is great.a few days ago I went there a young man name James sinor in high school in southwest location helped me a lot.thank you so much.i also go to one in North town .there is a nice young lady so helpful,knowledgeable.i love office depot.good deal on clearance too.

We received great customer service on two occasions. 1. Shopping for a gadget. They were knowledgeable and honored a competitors price. 2. Printing services. They were helpful and patient with an unusual print request.

This Office Depot is quite clean, well-lit, and has the typical inventory you would expect to find here. However, it feels a bit lonely in here, Ive never seen more than a couple other customers shopping when Ive been there. Expect to be approached/accosted by one or more employees who will ask you if they can help you with anything, as soon as you enter the store. The employees seemed to be waiting around for something to do. I felt like a few of them were watching my every move while I looked around. It didnt feel very welcoming but I brushed it off and purchased a few Sharpies. The marker selection is pretty good, if you dont mind paying a little more for them. I returned another time to look at the electronics, and found a bluetooth speaker on clearance. It was marked down from $30 to a mere $3! This time around the employees that helped me were friendly but I still felt like my every move was being scrutinized. I think they need more customers to come and give them something to do!

Today my husband and I were in Office Depot looking for a shelving unit. We were pleased to have found one that would be a perfect fit for our current need. Upon asking a team member for assistance in pulling one from stock, we learned there were none available. We then asked if we could purchase the display shelving unit and were told they could not sell it to us as it had been bolted and was in imperfect condition. We emphased we did not care and would still like to purchase it as it met our needs. We were quite suprised when the team members emphasised they would not be able to allow us to purchase the display. Needless to say, we were quite disappointed.

It was Awesome, all the employees, were excellent in customer service and the sale was wonderful.

A decent, well-stocked store with a large variety of choices. Frankly, I dont know how they stay in business as the store is almost always empty - which alternately means you get great service.

Picked up a chrome book. Good warranty to boot.

The genius manager decided they cant be bothered to shag carts from the parking lot, so you cant take you purchases in your cart to your car. Carrying 50 pound boxes of paper across the lot seems a bad idea

Unfortunately the employees dont have enough to do. They followed my fiance and I around enough for it to border on harassment. When we first went in the establishment an employee greeted us and asked if we needed help. We said no and continued inside. Immediately another employee asked if we needed help, again we stated no and attempted to continue shopping. When my fiance and I drifted apart to shop we where both followed by a couple of employees that are no attempt at stealth. We left almost immediately because of these actions
