I was injured in an auto accident and badly hurt. Thanks to Tran Vitality Essentials I can walk again with almost zero pain. It has been almost a year since my accident and I have not felt this much better since. If you are physically limited or disabled this is a great place to go to get back in shape and teach your body to live again. The health program is at your own pace. Sifu Tran is amazing and will help you make sure you do not injure yourself while training. You will learn to move correctly and work to correct your posture so you dont injure yourself while your body grows strong.

I love going here. Dr. Tran is very knowledgeable and can help improve whatever difficulties you are experiencing over time. The hour class involves deep breathing and movement of every joint in every direction as well as balance conditioning. It is also calming and strengthening. My balance has improved over the past 8months as well as mobility and strength. My instructor,Tony is fun and nonjudgmental when I mess up or forget a sequence of moves. At 72,I need that kind of patience!

Amazing! Very challenging but the health and vitality benefits make it worth it.Just passed Level One a month ago and it took me a year to do that which is not the norm because there was a twelve year old youth testing with me and he was only doing it for three months.... #iamanoldguy (37 year old male). At first I thought the $155 for eight classes was high but after taking classes I believe that $20 per class is fair because each class is a blend of half group and half personalized training with multiple instructors giving very attentive and strict yet compassionate training. They offer a three month for $135 a month.Very much enjoy!

Great place for everyone no matter what your age or health condition. Ive been with the school since 2002 and have seen the evolution of this school grow into a beautiful place for families where everyone finds what they are looking for. Discipline, focus and cool animla forms for the young ones and an accessible high intensity work out for the adults. But the most noticeable factor is the healing aspect of the school all of which is incorporated into the programs. People who have or have had injuries get better and those who are healthy find a great challenge toward self-improvement. It really is a place for all. A must for all.

Even though Ive always been fit, I use to injure my back multiple times per year when I was in my 20s. The pain would last 2 weeks or more. Now that Im over 40, my back is stronger than it has ever been, and if I do injure my back (which is rare) I heal in a day or two! I owe it all to Dr. Tran, and the style that he developed. Thanks Sifu!

I lost part of my pelvis to bone cancer in 2000. I used to run a lot, but could no longer do this without damage to my spine. Ive tried various other forms of exercise, including weights, yoga, cycling, and swimming, but nothing seemed to fit as well as running. I would try something for a few months, then burnout, as I really did not enjoy most of these activities over the long term.I started taking Tai Chi Classes last July on the recommendation of Father Paul Nguyen, who believed I should couple physical development and regular exercise to complement and enhance my spiritual development. After the first class, I knew this was what I was looking for. Tai Chi has helped me with physical balance, coordination, and overall strength. Emotionally, it has helped deal much better with stress. Additionally, I have suffered from planar facitis sporatically for almost 20 years. The pain disappeared completely in the first month of Tai Chi and has not returned. Recently, I also started taking Kung Fu classes, in order to balance hard and soft fitness.TVE Wellness is a good place to get fit and heal physically, mentally, and spritually. The instructors challenge you, but do not judge or look down upon you. There is a wide range of fitness, age (pre-school to elderly), and ability levels, but everyone is challenged to improve at a steady rate. TVE does not endorse any particular religion or creed, but it does help to enhance your own sprirtual development, as it is a very calming, supportive, friendly, environment. It has definitely been very beneficial for me and I would recommend it for anyone for these reasons.Christopher E. Bartels, Ph.D.

Ten years ago when I first started, I had only heard known of kung fu from movies, and the various books and websites I visited. Id had an interest in kung fu since as far back as I could remember, and always dreamed of having the chance to practice. But up until that point I had never in my life heard of qigong. Little did I know that it would soon become a daily staple in my life. When I first read about the benefits of qigong from he schools website, my interest increased as I often suffered from stiff joints and migraines, and being a musician, with such stiff and inflexible wrists? That simply wouldnt do! And the migraines often made it hard to keep focus or to read the music, especially when the sounds and vibrations being so close to the ear provided its own list of complications.Ten years down the line, and I have made a great improvement with my wrists and hand positioning. I can play for hours on end without my hand tiring out, I have more energy, focus, and endurance to tackle the more complicated pieces. And the migraines have been gone for almost three or four years now, with the exception of the occasional, rare headache. And while the results are an excellent reason to stay in the school, nothing - and I mean nothing - can compare to the man himself who started the school. Dr. Tran is a wonderful man, who genuinely cares for the well-being of his students, and people overall. He is a kind man, and the Instructors and interns (myself among them) are friendly and always try their best to make you feel welcome. I am very proud to be a part of this school and its programs. The scenery is beautiful, comprised of various plants from common to exotic, fish tanks and a hand-made fountain/koi pond; and the training is excellent with our program divided up into different levels of intensity to suit the needs of the individual, from the high impact TVE Qigong kung fu program for teens and adults, the childrens variant of it, and the TVE wellness program. There is truly something for everyone, and the excellent training aside? We have a lot of fun! I am very proud to be a part of this school, and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you, Sifu, for the opportunity to be a part of this!

There is no better way to improve your health, and therefore your life, than by practicing the TVE Qi-Gong styles. I have been an instructor for several years and have really enjoyed hearing our students and instructors talk about how much better their lives are since they started practicing with TVE.You can learn about TVE on the 3rd Saturday of the month (English), and the 2nd Saturday of the month (Vietnamese) when TVE has informational seminars. You will see some impressive demonstrations of TVE Qi-Gong Kung-Fu and TVE Qi-Gong Tai-Chi.
