My son has been coming here for 4 years. I absolutely love Mrs.Laura and her team!!! They are always so helpful and friendly! I highly recommend them!!!

My children began coming here about 7 years ago. We moved further out and tried a different KRK but it does not compare to KRK Bella Terra.We are back and its worth the drive! I fully trust Ms. Laura & Mr. J with my babies and know that her current teacher Ms. Ashley is an amazing educator. I highly recommend them!!

I love this place! My son has been going here since he was a baby. up The school closed for damage from the freeze in Feb. We will be happy to see the school re-open next week!He has learned so many things and the staff is very caring to the children.

I decided to withdraw my son from the school due to the abuse he endured and neglect I witnessed in the short amount of time he spent there. Specifically, one afternoon, upon picking my 2 year old up from Kids R Kids, I witnessed another child repeatedly beating my son on the head while they were on the playground. The abuse continued as I made my way through the classroom and out the door. My son was crouched down on the ground, defenseless. When I finally made it outside to where they were playing, I noticed that the teacher was standing there on her phone the whole time!!! She proceeded to ask me what happened as she was too “busy” to witness for herself. When reporting the incident to the front desk, I was simply given a “Kids, they don’t know how to use their words.” Not all the staff was nonchalant or rude. But it just amazed me how unsurprised and unbothered they were at the news. My son has come home with several bruises in less than 2 months. Only 1 of which was noticed and documented. He has a scar on his eye from a kid biting him and another on his lower back from, what they claimed, was caused by scraping his back against a counter. He has multiple scratches on his body and after witnessing how careless the staff is, I knew it was only caused by their negligence. I sent an email addressing my concerns but got no response.In short, I would not recommend bringing your kids here. I understand things happen but it doesn’t seem to me that my son was being properly supervised and cared for. Seeing him being helplessly beating infuriated me and broke my heart. As a mother, removing him from this facility was the best thing to do. The kid to teacher ratio doesn’t seem fitting for a group of toddlers in my opinion.

I wish I could rate 0. My daughter did not last 2 weeks here for after school care. The director, Laura, could care less about complaints - always has an excuse for what happened to your child. Teachers do not pay attention to parents when walking in, they yell at the kids (Dad, grandma and myself have experienced this several times), they do not supervise the kids well at ALL. My daughters teacher questioned her about her skin color (my daughter is only 5). After I found out about this, I left work the next day and immediately enrolled her somewhere else. Do not waste your time with this JOKE of a childcare center

Well! My son goes in to this daycare and whenever I walk in to pick him up or dropp him off no body answers me when I say hello or good bye, they dont pay any attention or consideration to the parents as I steped back and just watched the parents being ignored when they walk in , so if you choose this daycare just get ready to be rude or to be ignored. Eventhough its a place where were suppose to teach the kids not only the ABCs but the good manners too. At this point I wonder what my son is learning as we pay a big attentions to good manners!

Very dirty

I love this place. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. I truly feel that my kids are loved here. Every morning we are greeted with smiling welcoming faces. I feel very comfortable leaving my children in their care. They have cameras so that I can check on them throughout the day.We were gone for a few weeks and when we came back everyone was so happy to see us. I really felt like we were missed. My son has really benefited from the curriculum. He is only 4 and I feel they have prepared him for Kindergarten. His love for learning has grown since attending KidsRKids, Bella Terra.The ladies that watch my 1 year old are her biggest fans. They have encouraged her through all her firsts. Crawling, first foods, steps and now with weaning off the bottle.Our experience has been all positive. THANK YOU KRKs for being there for my children when I have to be at work.I cant wait to hear about all the fun my son will get to experience this summer. They have tons of activities planned and each one will be something new for him. Great job gang!!

Love this place ... definitely recommend it ..the staff are really friendly and nice the owner Mr. Mike really care about kids safety and education .. God Bless them and Merry Christmas...
