Been a little over a year now since joining. I have to say that, although I haven’t been to any other gyms in Lexington or the surrounding area, this is easily the best gym. Both for your money and for the high quality instruction. The variety of skills from the different instructors is always insane to me (two judo black belts, some with high level wrestling, some with MMA experience and knowledge, and of course the high level jiu-jitsu). It’s a giant family there, a lot of people have become close friends with me. No ego in there either. Overall amazing gym. If you are considering doing anything jiu jitsu related, you need to come here.

This is a great place to learn BJJ as well as make new friends, everyone that attends class has a positive attitude and a eagerness to learn as well as teach, I’d recommend MCC to anyone interested in learning self defense, or just looking to get more active.

I come here as guest from Lithuania and never find gym like this one in my fatherland. A true home away from home with very humble and talented instructors. I wish I could stay but as we say in LithuaniaVisada reikia suktis!

Awesome place to learn and train with a great group of guys! Very little ego here, even though the talent level is super high for the most part. Definitely would recommend for every skill level!
