Poor Customer Service! I had already suspended my membership since it’s getting colder and I have no pool open in the neighborhood to practice with my kids and planned to come back next spring. You have to give 30 days notice to do this so my last bill would have been next week. However my kids got sick this week and can’t come in. They will issue make up tokens good for 90 days if you have to miss. I told them I’d like to not come in this week or next to allow my kids time to recover and since I won’t be able to bring them the final two weeks I wanted to get a refund this week (already paid) and not get charged next week or use my makeup tokens the third week which would be after the membership ended. They refused both saying we signed some policy papers that said this is how it is and we can’t use the make up tokens after the membership ends even though less than 90 days. So basically I will be charged for a service I’m not able to use. I understood that was the policy but I wanted an exception out of good customer service. They refused quite rudely. I was planning to come back next spring and now I will not and will not recommend them when before I might have (although the pool makes you stink after being in it). I told them this was costing them a customer and potential future customers over a two week of lessons for two kids ($85 bucks or something). I said I would write a review detailing my negative experience. The representative “BRAD” asked if I was threatening him with a poor review. It’s not a threat it was going to happen, and has happened, it’s a fact a statement. Bad customer service is the review. Could have been handled more delicately even if that’s the policy. Instead he had the audacity to tell me to be careful since I’m “on a recorded line…” that’s basically threating me with legal action! Ridiculous and by all accounts poor customer service. Brad you lost more than $85 today because I’m not coming back, I won’t recommend this place, and people might choose not to come after reading this. Congratulations you won.p.s. The instructors were nice and patient (only reason this gets 2 stars). Pool looks clean and its a decent environment but seriously the water makes you stink abnormally after getting out (much worse than other pools).

My son had a great time at his weekly lessons. He participated in the private class. Because of his development delay I was concerned about his ability to learn how to swim. He didnt master everything but he is even more comfortable in the water and he looks forward to returning again.

My daughter learned so much in her time at Goldfish! Most of the teachers she had were really engaging and made it a fun experience for her. I feel confident going to the pool with her now and sitting along the edge watching her rather than always having to be with her/holding her constantly. Ill obviously always be close by to watch her since shes still very little and use life jackets when necessary, but Im so impressed with her swimming skills. Im sure she will do swim team someday!

This place has unusually small swimming pool. Long but very short width. I wanted to register my 6 years old so. There but decided not to do it. Staff were friendly but ... I did not like it.

My son has been going here for about 5 months now and he absolutely loves it. His instructor is so hands on and ensures that he is getting the full experience and is actually learning every move properly. The staff overall has been amazing and has been there every step of the way to make sure all of our questions and concerns are answered.

I love this place. My boys have been coming here for years and never experienced anything negative. Staff are friendly, helpful and professional. We personally love Coach Tommy and Coach Blake. They are the absolute best.

Goldfish swim school of Katy..... it’s a must for every kid. We started our son at 6 months and he loves the swimming classes. His instructors are interactive and they make the classes fun whilst learning. As a parent I also enjoy the classes and will definitely recommend.

Been coming here for the past year and a half, wonderful swim school. My two year had one of her best lessons this weekend with Coach Deba. She made the experience fun whilst also teaching my little one the key survival skills to get out of the pool.

This place is amazing. The way they set up their system and help in case you cant attend a class. It all works great and their staff is very kind. Everything is clean as well.I will recommend this place to everyone!

Goldfish handled the reopening after the pandemic shut down wonderfully. We felt very safe returning to classes. The staff were well protected and the measures they put in place to protect the students and their families made us very comfortable even while we were expecting our third child. We did not allow them to return to any other activities at this time.

This is a very high quality swim school for children. Even the classes they design for toddlers are age appropriate and safely conducted. I love how organized and detail oriented the school is in designing their safe environment and providing great customer service. My son fall in love with this school since first visit. Impressive work and great job to the team.

With each class I feel more and more comfortable with Sophia being in/near the water. She loves going to Goldfish and looks forward to class each week. She is disappointed if we cant make it! Cant wait to see her progress as the lessons continue, thank you for what you do!

Everyone there is always so nice, the instructors are young but very professional and make the kiddos feel safe and happy to be in the class. Keep up the good work!

My son LOVES Goldfish Swim School on FM1093. He was nervous to start, but Coach Jahlen eased all nerves and had him laughing the first few minutes. He looks forward to swim day. His swim coach Alondra is a great at modeling and monitoring his progress. His skill level grows with every session! The facility is clean and all staff are polite and helpful.

My daughter wanted to take swim classes again after taking a 1 year furlough. Our previous swim school was good but it wasnt in a convenient location compared to Goldfish. We decided to give Goldfish a try a month ago. We were very satisfied with the instructors and the level of communication after each lesson. Very clean facility and organized. I definitely recommend them.

This place checks off all the boxes for us; it’s clean, they had amenities we felt were of value (several changing rooms, blow dryers, showers, bathing suit dryer) and equally important, the instructor was very effective with the swim lessons and made our son feel very at ease and established a rapport with him that helped him get over his nerves. Thank you Noah! My son enrolled in the Jump Start Clinic and had no experience in swimming and by the end of the week, my son was able to float on his back and swim free style. We were amazed at the progress! The staff were also super friendly and helpful! We are returning for weekly swim classes as a result and would recommend this facility to others.

I love this place, my daughter really enjoys swimming lessons.

Highly recommend. Our 6 year old wouldnt put his face in the water prior to starting swim classes here. After the Jump Start Clinic (1 week of classes), he can swim a short distance and is so comfortable now being under water. The water is warm, place is super clean and the staff is plain awesome.

Our daughter has been going to Goldfish for several months now. There was a situation in which I felt our daughter needed to be pushed a little harder and was ready to level up. The manager Garrett went out of his way to attend her next class and evaluate her. He proceeded to move her up into the next level and talked with the instructors to make sure they were pushing her in class as well. He worked with our schedule and addressed our concerns. We were impressed with how Garrett handled the situation and are confident our daughter is getting the most she possibly can out of her swim classes now. Our youngest daughter will be starting classes soon as well. Glad we found a swim school that we can trust to work with us and address any problems that may arise.

Just had a great family swim during an open swim session. Staff is very friendly and interacted with our twins 5 year olds where they had lots of fun. Will return for group classes. Nice clean well appointed facility.
