VCU Dental Care Orthodontics is so awesome. Due to Covid-19 parents are no longer allowed in the back with their children however the Doctors come out to talk to the parents. They reassure you your child is in good hands. Everything they did or was going to do they made sure I understood & knew the process. I was very pleased. My son comes out smiling hard after every visit which is a huge change from just a couple months ago.

Iam making this review about the dental school ...espacially my dentist who the most amazing sweetest human i have encountered in quite a while Cathleen ..she is graduating soon...he compassionate warmth will ne missed i give a 100 stars ?😁❤

Its terrible outside right now. Lots of ongoing construction combined with road work during busy hours. A lot of traffic is being detoured, re-routed. Give yourself tons of time if you plan to go and park yourself instead of Uber there

I had a dental appointment at the School of Dentistry. Parked in the parking deck. They validated my ticket so I didnt have to pay. They practiced all Covid 19 rules. All the staff was very friendly and quickly processed me and took care of my root canal.

Well trained and fully supervised student dentists. Wish prices could be less.

I had a very pleasant experience at MCV Dental School. There were safety precautions put in place in regards to the virus. There were plenty of people to assist you. The workers were very pleasant and it was a very good experience.

I have been going to the dental school for over two years and still havent finished my treatment plan. Their prices have really risen and there is no street parking. You have to park in the garage and its always hard to find a parking spot in there.

Would have given a higher rating earlier, but our son passed away suddenly there and the liver team that had been treating him for 9 years did not communicate with us at all. Not even a sorry for your loss. On top of that, my sons wallet was apparently stolen from his effects and 3 calls with promises of a return call have gotten nothing. MCV used to be very good and I would have to say the nurses still are, but I am very disappointed now.

My husband had a severe bleed on the brain. His diagnosis was not good at all. We thought he would not make it. The Neurology ICU team was fantastic the knowledge they have with situations like his is unbelievable. They gave him back to us. They got him to a point where he was transferred to the Neuro rehab area. They also took great care of him and got him to the point where he is in a skilled rehabilitation facility. If you have a life threatening situation and you want to live -- Go to VCU health system.

Covid test: ID nurses were kind but the process is very unorganized and took about 3 hours.

Clean. Punctual.

If you go to Mcv to see a specialist be aware.They will charge you for the doctor visit and for the use of the facility by the doctor. Of course when you check in nobody mention it. You pay double then in any other doctors office or hospital. Its a racket.

Top notch MHA program with an incredible staff and alumni network. This program is ranked as a top 5 in the country for a reason!

Without a doubt the worst hospital I have seen in the country, and working nationally Ive seen a lot. 14 hours to get my father a CT and an MRI following a car accident early in the morning. He was hungry and thirsty the entire time and they wouldnt feed him or let him have water because he might have needed surgery. Finally fed him at hour 10, which was 6 hours after they took the CT and immediately before his MRI, so they let him sit hungry and thirsty for 6 hours for no reason other than negligence. He was left for hours and whenever someone did check on him it was to administer the exact same procedures the last person performed while bring oblivious to anything else anybody has done or asked. The disorganization is terrifyingly rampant. Nobody knows what anybody is doing or has done. I guess were just lucky they didnt amputate anything in error. If this has become the standard of medical care in America god help us all...

Great staff, very informative, respectful, and helpful. I felt comfortable, cared for, and cared about.

The staff was very uncaring. I went in with extreme stomach pain and vomiting. They told me there was a 6 hour wait. I was dehydrated and very sick. In order to get immediate attention I had to leave and go to another hospital. MCV hospital focus mainly on gun shot victims or major trauma anything else they dont care you are going to wait.

Hard to maintain a low stimulus environment when several alarms have been going off for about five minutes now at 1am.
