The instructor didnt show up to the class. We werent given any notice and the company struggled to gather details on the situation. Later we received an email stating that a full refund would be issued to all students within 3 business days. After 4 days with no refund I called the company. I was told I would have to wait to be contacted by a different representative who could resolve the refund. After 24hrs with no callback I decided to dispute the charge with my bank. Very ineptly run company it would seem.
