I think that Kumon Center in Rochester is a great place if you feel that school curriculum is not enough for your kid(s).My son has been a student here for about four years. We enrolled him for a reading program first, and were amazed how quickly he progressed. Two years ago we added a math program, too. So far I’m very satisfied with the benefits Kumon provides, these classes helped my son a lot. Let me tell you this: this year my son skipped a grade at school, and he still reads above his current grade level! I think it’s not bad for a child who’s first language was not English. I’m sure that Kumon program was crucial for my boy’s success in academics.As much as I love the program itself, it won’t be working without help from the Center Instructor. Mrs. Park is a very experienced and knowledgeable educator. She is well aware of my son’s abilities, and creates a learning plan that works perfectly for him. She always is willing to discuss my boy’s achievements or problems, test results, etc., and adjust the learning plan if needed.Overall, I’m very happy with my experience in Rochester Kumon Center and highly recommend this place.

Kumon has been a wonderful experience for my twin kindergarteners. They now both can read and do math. This has given them such confidence. Being able to read at a young age has open a world of wonders. They love to read signs and books. Ms. Park is a professional. She takes the time to know my child’s strengths and personality. I appreciate the style she uses to run the center. She doesn’t fill your email with junk. She reaches out only if something comes up with my child and takes the time to address any concerns I have.

Quite satisfied with Kumon Rochester, MN. There has been a thorough update on my kid’s learning process. After doing Kumon for more than one and a half years, my kid has a good foundation in English and Math. She excels at her school. Staffs there are very friendly and organized. I am planning to send my other kids to Kumon Rochester, MN.

My daughter started when she was at Kindergarten, I would like to thank all the staffs of Kumon Rochester making my daughter a confident learner. Mrs. Park and other teachers were very patient with my energetic daughter and encouraged her to learn reading and mathematics. My daughter was selected to be in the Gifted and Talented Program in mathematics entering the 3rd grade. Now we moved out of town, but we are hoping for my daughter to continue Kumon here in the new location.

I wouldnt recommend. Over-populated with more kids than they can handle. The instructor care more about her business than the kids progress. She never provides any feedback about the learning process but will be the first one to complain if something else goes wrong that affects her hours or the bottom line. This location also does not stay open as long as most others.Weve had much better experience with other Kumon locations. Too bad this area doesnt have any other option for parents.
