First time I used Dan and was very pleased with the result. He not only fixed the problem with the laptop but did much clean Up work which I had not requested but was badly needed. I wish I could give him 10 stars! I was shopping for a backup external hard drive when I had a failure with my current external hard drive that I had ALL of my photos on. Years of photos! Dan did an excellent job in diagnosing my desktop computer. My desktop died on me on a Sunday and Dan was the only repair person available I could find. He found that my issue was a dead power supply and graphics card. He swapped the power supply out for me as I had a spare, and I told him I would look for a new card and install myself, he did offer to perform this service as well. He is very reasonable with his pricing and very thorough in his diagnostic tests. He even power cleaned my whole computer for me. A + + +
