Nu Movement is a very unique and vibrant studio in the heart of the Rochester Arts district. Ive been attending classes there - both as a teacher as well as a student - for over six years. This place just keeps getting better and better! Its very clean and bright. Classes are fun and unique, teachers friendly and dedicated, often offering events that serve the community or benefit the world in some way. Wow, cool! Coming to Nu Movement is a first time for me. I found Nu Movement through a Google search, but what really interested me was the wide array of classes offered. Looked like a great space, and when I arrived there, nervously clutching my newly bought yoga mat in hand (Im a total newbie) my thoughts were confirmed! Great open space, friendly people in class and the instructor Danielle was amazing! Her instructions were concise, yet calming and overall a great boost for my well being. Come check it out! :)
