Horrific service! Waste of time, money, gas and aggravation. I had an appointment scheduled MONTHS in advance. They called TWICE to confirm my appointment, even on the day I was supposed to go to the appointment. I get 5 minutes down the street to receive a phone call that they made a mistake about my insurance and that I do not have the appointment anymore. Talked to the Manager in charge and all her response consisted of was β€œOh well. Sorry. I will talk to my workers about it πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ.” No compensation, no nothing. Will never ever go back! Looks like we’re on the search for ANOTHER dentist.

Those of you kept waiting so long you left are the lucky ones. If you never got in, they could not have harmed you. Lucky you! This is the most unethical and incompetent clinic Ive ever been to of any kind. They may destroy your teeth and your face. They are NOT experienced dentists who do or could have a practice of their own. They are trained at foreign dental schools and given a choice of starting dentistry school as a 2nd year student or doing a residency of 2 or more years. And even then, some are not license eligible. Did they tell you the practitioners were experienced dentists? Did you assume that meant licensed? Or that they had at least a rudimentary knowledge of things like ethics? If you are female, do you assume that the male practitioners will take you seriously. Forget that! Count on condescending treatment from males who perhaps come from countries where males denigrate women. They misrepresent who the practitioners are because who would voluntarily pay the cost of licensed generalist for work done by someone who isnt even eligible to be licensed? Just a detail? I dont think so. NY is unwilling to consider them as being equal to US trained dentists and NY demands that they start as 2nd year students or that they do a residency of 2 or more years. If NY thinks they are subpar, why would you let them do work in your mouth? I had no idea that this sort of remedial program even existed. No wonder, if they are routinely misrepresented as dentists-how could anyone know. Now you do!

My 4 yr old had an anxiety about going to the dentist bc of bad experience from her prior dentist. Dr Yanez and Jennifer were very patient with her. They did an amazing job. Even though I was worried about bad reviews about this office, I am glad that we gave a chance, Everyone was also friendly in the office.
