Spent 6 hours at this hospital. They dont seem to do anything but COVID. I told them multiple times I didnt have COVID but they wouldnt be convinced so they sent me home with no diagnosis, convinced they were right. Got my negative test result from them this morning but that doesnt help my 101 fever. People need to trust that a hospital will actually do their job instead of just assuming they know. Really scary and pathetic to think how many people this has happened to.

I had a great experience picking up my parents ashes from the gift program...Lynn was wonderful and helped me through a horrible 3 year experience with my family and receiving the ashes..so it was wonderful to finally meet Lynn after all this time..

I had surgery here. and while I am happy with the results of the surgery, and the care I received from the surgeon and anesthetist was excellent, just about every other aspect of care related to the surgery was awful. The nurse I had was downright mean and bullying, including but not limited to criticizing my hair color and jewelry as I was vomiting and recovering from anesthesia, as well as keeping my partner from coming to me, although she was permitted to be there at that point, making homophobic remarks when she was able to get to me by asking another staff member. In addition, their billing department is completely shady - I had to correct early statements when they submitted charges incorrectly. Then, nine months after the procedure, I got a bill for an additional $500 that my insurance said they keep submitting to them. I ended up having to pay because my appeal was still pending, but I wouldnt be able to use my benefits to pay any later if it wasnt resolved - seems like this is what they count on. I wont use this facility for any medical care again, nor associated practices, and definitely urge my friends and family to follow suit.

Right now! Im not happy at all with my doctors at U of R!I live in Buffalo! My Urologist is located out of U of R! Im having a medical issue and Ive been waiting to get a response for 3 days. Ive even left messages on the Rochester App! No response!!I call them at the South Pointe location and I get someone from somewhere else who probably couldnt add 2+2!The Cleveland Clinic is starting to look good to me!🤬

Seen 2 doctors there they were super friendly and explained things very clearly. The staff were Very nice friendly made me feel very at ease.

Awesome place and very knowledgeable staff. Felt safe and that we were getting the care we needed. Pediatric ER staff was the best. Fast service, saw a Dr. within 20 min of walking in the doors.

Horrible if I could rate 0 stars I would. Honestly this has to be the most worst medical center in the US. It makes every other center pool bad this place shouldve been shut down from the start I hope they know how to deal with lawsuits better then theyre students/patients cause by the way this place is running theyre gonna have a fun time in court. Come to this place at your own risk. Waste of time, waste of money, and waste of tax payers money.

UR Medicine is a sad excuse for medical care. They are destroying the medical system by turning all doctors into workers who care more for their paycheck then the patience. Anyone know of a doctor not poisoned by this disgusting institution?

They are horrible at there job

My husband recently changed dermotologists to one from URMC. After a blood test, we were told he had inactive HEP C. I even questioned the person who called about it. Subsequently, I put in a call to the dermotologist. The call was never returned. We visited the dermotologist today. The Call Center had registered my call, but never forwarded it to the doctor. Also, the doctor informed us that the HEP C test was negative. Very disappointed!!

Is this a good place for first starters as a surgeon or orthadontist.

I have literally called these people over 10 times over the past 6 months to settle a bill. I have spoken with Donna, Bonnie, Lee and Pam. NONE OF THEM COULD HELP ME. Even my insurance and doctors office spoke poorly of their billing department. Be sure to check your bill if your doctor uses this lab. They are incompetent.
