Poorly ran from a corporate all the way down

This was the first center we looked into. Everyone was so welcoming and Diane took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns. We checked out a different center and did not get the same feeling. The workers really get to know each of the children on a personal level. I cannot recommend a better care center than this one! I feel reassured that our baby is being taken care of and in great hands!

Weve really enjoyed having our child receive care at KinderCare on 14th Street. The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable and really go above and beyond to provide our little one with a good experience. It is clear they are dedicated to the children they care for!

They do a fantastic job taking care of our little one! They make us feel like family. Highly reccommend!

My daughter was there temporarily. She loved the staff and adapt quickly. I am so grateful to the staff they helped my child adapt and make her feel comfortable right away. smaller setting classrooms at the time but i loved how they took the time to get to know my child. I recommend them because they care for every child qnd take the time to get to know them and they go great lengths for children in need and i love how the staff gets down on the childs level and play with them like they are in their own home.

Was with them for 5 years and every time I expressed concern about something bithing was done about it. The toddler staff always looks exhausted like they have no clue what they are doing and my child was always dirty or wet even though he had a change of clothes. The first week in the toddler class he got bit 3 times and they blew it off as if its just kids they do that. So of course with learned behavior my son started the same thing. 3 things were the last straw for me to pull him out. 1 week ago he came home with a chunk missing out of his arm because a child was latched onto him with his teeth so hard. Then I come in a couple days ago and the teacher had my son pinned to the table with her knee holding the chair down so he couldnt move as Id that was a proper form of punishment and finally the director had the nerve to come up and talk to me about other parents complaining about my son biting when their kids are doing the same thing. So obviously there is favoritism in the families because the director did nothing when my so was getting chewed on on a daily basis. This used to be a great daycare a few years ago but since the director and most staff changed its went downhill.

They treat us like family. I wouldnt take my daughter anywhere else.
