Very fine institution staffed with top notch medical professionals providing state of the art dental care of various types. Very pleased to have found the best faculty practitioner here for my dentist. Blessing to also have access to other types of medicine such as eye exams and care in this medical complex if and when required.

Terrible experience charged me $132 and did nothing escorted me out of the building called Security on me cuz I asked a couple questions

Ive never actually been to this office but I was referred to them but an ENT for an issue. I was referred on April 16th. They didnt call me until April 30th (which I missed the call) she left a message. So I returned the call and nobody picked up. I left a message stating I wanted an appointment. Never heard back from them. So now I see why all the terrible reviews.

Went to Eastman dental to have tooth pulled. They took x-rays and looked at it then told me they couldnt do the surgery there, I needed to go to 4th floor to Eastman institute for oral health. They charged me $151 and told me to go up there. I went to the 4th floor and was charged another $89 just for a consultation to schedule an appointment. I expressed that I was sent up from downstairs and had already paid but nope had to pay again. After seeing another doctor he said they couldnt do it today and I would have to schedule to come back. When scheduling they wanted $4000+ down payment just to schedule appointment. So basically I spent over six hours in waiting room, paid $240 for absolutely nothing, and walked out still in pain with no service and $240 out of my pocket for absolutely nothing in return!!! Bunch of crooked crooks!!!!

All medical staff need to wear masks during COVID-19. Some staff were not. Their lack of vigilance is apparent
