My son was kicked out and I was told by the director that he needed to go to a smaller setting. I took my son to a bigger daycare with the same amount of children in the classroom and he does absolutely amazing at his new daycare. For my daughter she has been in a daycare setting since she was a baby and in the last month something had changed she would be sent home for biting and hitting children her teachers etc. I have never had an issue with her biting or hitting at home. Something had changed at daycare. I furthers our that one of the teachers in the class had been treating her differently and or badly and she lashed out. The teachers do not make sure their children are clean. My daughter would come home smelling horrible, with taking a bath that morning. I would go to pick her up and her hair would not be done and her hair tie lost. At the beginning of their teacher change ( they fired her previous teacher) my daughter would have rashes and burns all over her bottom. I was not very happy took it to the offices attention, got meds for her bottom and they never filled out the forms for the med papers. I do not recommend this daycare at all. I know some people have luck with them but my children were not treated right. I have also not received my refund for paying for a full month but my daughter not attendeding the rest of the month.
