The classes are fairly small due to limited equipment which allows for a more personal feeling. The instructors are attentive and helpful, making me feel very comfortable learning new exercises and pushing myself beyond what I thought was possible. I feel the atmosphere is very welcoming and friendly.

I went here earlier this year. This place was fun. Laura was wonderful. Great pilates instructor. Really broke things down and her attitude and energy were overall very pleasant to be around. Justin was great too. His barre class was fun and upbeat with clubby music. Challenging but not to the point where its no longer enjoyable. Brigette seemed to know her pilates moves, but also seemed to hate being there and often had a negative attitude and seemed a bit too snarky for my tastes.
