I started the Mastery of Relationships course almost 2 months ago, when I was dealing with deep depression, anxiety and a divorce. Erwan and Alicia’s expertise is incredibly helpful, I suffered a lot around not knowing how to get into a relationship and then having said relationship be healthy and thrive before finding out about them. I totally recommend taking a class with Erwan and Alicia if you have the opportunity. I heard an interview with them on a podcast and then decided to check them out. The courses by Erwan and Alicia are very insightful, I truly enjoy the guided meditation that focuses attention before each evenings topics. Working 1:1 with Erwan or Alicia is also direct and helpful.
