Honestly it is the best studio in San Francisco. Everyone is so welcome and help you feel safe and empowered. They are friendly and always smiling. :)

Best studio! Two floors for pole and an area for aerial rigging. All the instructors are phenomenal.

Awesome exercise studio! Very attentive and technical.

Super supportive studio and community. Vrv3 does a great job of cultivating community; the instructors remember your name and skill level after just a couple of classes, and are open to customizing moves and material. Im a fan of the mixed level classes; the instructors always introduce a progression for each move so you can focus on one level or challenge yourself by moving up in the progression.

What a fun class! Carlie is a fantastic instructor and is very welcoming to beginners. She kept us at a steady pace and taught us the basic pole positions and tricks. She gave us each equal attention and was able to help us and teach us pointers while maintaining the flow of the class.The studio is very clean.Cant wait to keep going back.
