Alex and Mark have been great. The gym is a very welcoming environment and everyone I’ve met there so far is a beginner like me. They did a really good job easing me into the basics of jiu jitsu and I’d recommend to check it out for anyone looking to stay in shape, looking to switch up their exercise routine or if you have a general interest in martial arts.

Ive been coming to class for 2 months so far with no martial arts experience. Its always been hard for me to maintain an active lifestyle because it always felt like work. BJJ has been incredibly fun! Alex and Mark are very supportive and attentive. The classes are currently small so lessons are very much talored around the attendees.
