This academy is for you if you fall in the following two categories.(A) If you just want to explore a new artMalcolm, our head instructor (who is amazing btw), will guide you through the core principles of tai chi step by step and once you start practicing it regularly you can see the positive impact of it in every aspect of your life.(B) If you know a little about tai chi and want to see if this academy suits you.I fall in this category and all I can say is Im just lucky to have found this place.I dont think there is a third category but if there is, just try it out ! the first class is free at the start of every quarter.Edit :-Its been about a year now and the journey has been amazing. Malcolm is a great teacher and the school is an excellent place to learn Tai Chi, for total beginners, experts, and everything in between.

Malcolm has a way of explaining things that just makes things simple.Both his tai chi and qigong classes are clear and to the point, helping to get new and advanced students to the next level of practice.I have been coming here for two years and will continue coming as long as I can!

I have attended this Academy for more than 5 years, and Sifus teaching and compassion have changed my life.I have almost completely rebuilt my body after being a semi-invalid for over 25 years due to a bad back. When I started I could not stand up long enough for a class so I spent months laying on the floor, absorbing the info, which slowly allowed me to begin to move again.
