I am a tutor for Tutor Corps and have been with them for almost 4 months now. I absolutely adore the company. They do so much work for the students they support and do their best to provide the ideal tutoring for students. The advantage with Tutor Corps is you have this company which is ALWAYS in contact with you, ensuring the tutoring is the best it could possibly be. They fit tutors based on the students needs and from my experience so far, they do an amazing job at matching :). Additionally, they work with several schools to get financial support with tutors, award scholarships to select students every year (which gives them free tutoring), and they even have a homeschooling program! If you are looking for a tutor I would definitely try them out, and at least see what they have to say. If your student is tutored by Tutor Corps I can guarantee they will not be disappointed and in any case, they will be there to communicate with you at every turn to make sure it is going as good as possible.

Great, caring, tuned-in tutorsWe hired Tutor Corps to help our daughter prep for the SSAT test for high school admissions. We were quickly paired with an excellent tutor (Brittany) who was able to accommodate our packed schedule and who quickly got to the heart of our daughters issues. She helped build up our daughters confidence and gave her great test taking strategies so her results truly reflected her aptitude. Her scores improved immensely after just a few sessions. Brittany was supportive, encouraging and great at building up my daughter. Cant recommend Tutor Corps highly enough and look forward to having them work with our son on his SAT prep.

Tutor Corp has been a great partner for Palo Alto Unified. They have provided great services such as ACT prep, one on one tutoring for first generation and low income students. I highly recommend them as an organization to collaborate. They have helped level the playing field.
