Simply the best swimming school for children :)

The swim curriculum is really strong and has turned our child from a sinker to a swimmer in just a few months.

I have two kids that have been taking classes here for about 1.5 years. My oldest is now 5.5 years old and my younger child is about to turn 3. Both have a great time and look forward to their swim classes every week. Ive been getting into the pool with my younger child since hes too young to be in by himself. They have two pools. One is for the small kids (under 3 I think) and the bigger pool is for the slightly older kids who dont need a parent in the pool with them. Theres a fair amount of seating for the parents although it is often a tight fit. Our classes are on Sunday mornings so Im not sure how busy it is at other times. The showers and changing rooms are good. Since several classes end at the same time, it can get a little crowded in the shower but thats usually not a problem. The bigger problem is in the changing room where it often fills up and Im left having to change my two children on a small section of a bench or have to wait for another parent to finish. Again, maybe this problem is only limited to their busier times.Parking can be a pain. This location is at Crissy Field so theres a lot of people out just enjoying the park which makes finding a spot a little hard sometimes.Another problem with it being near Crissy Field is that theres several weekends where they need to cancel classes in the morning due to events that are out of the schools control. Most recently there was a marathon that prevented traffic from accessing the area. We get credited for the classes we miss but it sucks that my kids miss a week of class.Overall, I love the school and many of the teachers are so awesome. I highly recommend this place but almost dont want to because I dont want it getting any more crowded than it already is.

Great parking, great pool, great staff. They were able to switch lanes for our kids class so he would feel more comfortable with the depth. Didnt affect the other kids but really helped our kid, who otherwise would not have gotten in the pool.

It sounds like these classes are great. I called to book a reservation and learned that theres no availability in the near future - completely understandable considering how popular this place is.When I asked if there are any other pools in the area she would recommend, Diane laughed and said you mean, like a competitor? and said wouldnt give me any suggestions. This would normally be understandable, except were talking about swim lessons for a newborn baby.Im uncomfortable supporting a place that prioritizes their already dominant baby swim lesson market share over helping my child learn a potentially life saving skill as soon as possible. We joined the JCC.

Great swimming school. Love the teachers. My 3yo son has been going here since he was 3 months old. The water is nice and warm.Leave yourself enough time to find parking.

Over all a good experience.Very kind staff. With the baby classes we had an issue with a very bad teacher. So our advise will be toPay attention to your teacher cause sometimes you find yourselves with a less experienced guide and the class goes nowhere.

Ive been taking my daughter here for nearly 3 years. she started when she was 4 months old with me and now swims with an instructor. transitioning to swimming with an instructor alone was a bit touch and go but the staff were super patient and now she loves it. love this place!

Warm pool, friendly instructors, small classes. They have a teaching system they follow closely, and it seems to work better than SF Rec & Park lessons.

If you want your kid to learn how to swim this place has it on lock down. You will pay but they will learn. The earlier you start typically faster (and easier) they will learn.

Good swim school that has high standards for cleanliness and teaching quality. Evening classes for babies are super popular and hard to get into.
