Visited Ignacios church. Stepped outside to see awesome picture perfect SF university quadrangle with nicely maintained grass lawns. Perfect place to rest, relax, enjoy the sun & shade and eat lunch
Nice campus with great green space and views.
I can not believe how organized this team put together. Every body was so nice every step from entering thru the finished. I havent seen this kind of team work for a long time. Make me want to come and get vaccine every day.
Student guides and Admission representatives were welcoming, informative, and very helpful. Answered a lot of my students questions about the school, student life, and the curriculum.
Im a male, late 20s student at USF, and this has been my experience:1) Rigorous - Having had a decent amount of life experience before coming here, I expected it to be easy. I was wrong. As someone who has always been good at math, the math classes were all challenging and required a lot of time and effort to do well in. The same goes for their science classes. I had attended another, easier university before coming here, and the difference was huge.2) Political/Religious - Being a catholic university in the middle of a very liberal city, there is a good chance that someone will at some point try to shove religion or liberal politics down your throat, with a higher probability of the latter. As someone who doesnt care for politics, Id prefer if they were left out of the classroom.3) Small class sizes - All but one of my classes have been under 30 people, with many being less than 20. There are personal, 1-on-1 classes for music lessons in guitar, piano, vocals, etc. There are ample staff to handle any problem and any and all issues Ive had were solved quickly. Compare this to a state school with class sizes in the 100s and there is really no comparison.4) Expensive - With an annual price tag of about 50k, plus the astronomically high San Francisco cost of living, it is incredibly expensive to go to school here. I came here largely because I had a full-ride scholarship, and would have seriously considered other options if I didnt.5) Amenities - There are several large libraries, excellent quiet study areas, private music rooms with instruments, and the campus itself is quite beautiful. With the tuition comes a free public transit card and gym access, at a very nice gym.6) Overall quality - The quality of the school overall is very high. I cant say how it compares to the likes of top schools like Stanford, but many of USFs professors have come from those big name schools. The combination of talented, intelligent professors and personal 1-on-1 attention make it a great place to learn and study.
Just got my 2nd Moderna vaccine here. Kaiser has done a great job keeping it simple and clear where to go and when. Cant rate the university cuz I had nothing to do with it.
Nice place for walkingNice viewsOpen Grass areasDog friendly

Right amount of Tuition for the education you get. Amazing university. Rigorous academics with phenomenal professors.
I was a student here for 2 years. It was a nice school so far. There were a lot of teachers that stayed there for years until now.
Tasty!~
Great
The campus is beautiful and in an equally beautiful location. In my experience the staff is really helpful, I always find the classes I need and the services provided by the university are great. Note: windy
I transferred out of the University of San Francisco real quick. The school is expensive, the education is ok but the material is too easy, and the social life is garbage unless youre undoubtedly liberal. The professors were very nice and helpful, but anyone from the administration building is out to get you, ultimately this place is just a big money pit. Theyll find a way to fine you and take your money even if you havent done anything wrong.
Campus is in a great location, near Golden Gate Park and close to lots of great restaurants. Beautiful buildings both old and new are home to 18,000 undergrads and the Division 1 Dons athletics programs. Recently renovated Benedetti diamond is a great place to catch a ballgame, and Lone Mountain offers superb views of the city.
My brother (he is sophomore taking Computer Science) loves this school and this is one of my college choices too. My family has visited this place many times and we are always impressed with the feeling of being welcome and being safe around the campus.
Internet is always slow, cafeteria/food contractor over charges, library is always closed on weekends. A lot of foreign students who cant even speak English upon graduation. Students get mugged all the the time. President goes on National TV and says good things, but doesnt do right by the students.
Amazing university. Rigorous academics with phenomenal professors.
Beautiful campus in the heart of the city but otherwise, a school filled with professors that don’t really care, poor accommodations for students with disabilities, extremely expensive, campus police focuses more on giving you parking tickets and people’s conduct rather than ensuring vehicles are not broken into. Did I mention is extremely expensive and they will not accommodate you well if you need to take time off for medical/family issues.
Wonderful place to study! The environment is wonderful and the resource you can use is way beyond your imagination. The church is also a place you should not miss.
Campus is in a great location. Can’t speak to its education quality tho
Education--unbeatable.Social--UNREAL, its San Francisco... Cmon..Baseball--Go DonsExperience--made for a wool driven individual with city-bound aspirations and fun, accelerating, & discovery period of life.
This is the school I’m going to see you all their :)
Think before applying to this university because the admission staff is irresponsible. Do not depend upon its application status because they dont even inform about it. After e-mailing them the necessary document and getting transcript evaluated specially for this university still they did not care about their application status.Very disappointed with the university admission staff particularly MS in Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
Unfortunately we have had a terrible time with the financial aid office, or any of the offices. The people are not very helpful in most offices and when it comes to any questions regarding financial aid is terrible, terrible. Mind you my child is in the Honor roll of her school - school of business and even with that - they are so unhelpful. It has been a headache to deal with the business financial office, then the people at the dorms are worse. I would not recommend this school............ in any level. We had to stick with it because of our situation - cant wait till she graduates from this institution, which btw has not much of a diverse student population.
Is any one knows STEPHANIE MARIE AVELINO? I found here walet at the parking area.if anyone knows her please contact her. Pleae share this review thank you.
I like to this university, it is the university who is my hobby. So I think they will be accepted me.
Went to visit a friend & seen the campus , hands down the church was The Nicest Part
Even though church politics have changed much over the years, I feel a Jesuit university education is second to none.
Applied almost 2 months ago and havent heard from whatsoever.I emailed them and they said they were waiting on some documents since I applied as an international student.Granted I went to a US college overseas but I didnt apply as an International student.Even so they could have emailed saying what documents were needed. From what theyre charging, they could do so much better on the admission process.Get your crap together USF, if admission is this bad i cant imagine how worse its gonna get later on.Wasted my admission fee
I loved my time as a student at USF. I graduated in 4 years and still keep in contact with many of my classmates and professors.
Quite amazing, had a school open house. Greatest campus.
Beautiful campus, great professors, top rate education.
My experience with University San Francisco has Been utterly remarkable. Admissions and the touring process were very easy compared to the other UC schools as I was coming from out of state. The academics are good and the teachers seem to really care. It is very diverse and the dorms are to crowded but they are old-dorms need some refurbishing. It is a bit difficult to make friends at first but people at this school are here to learn, explore the city and create diverse friendships. If you are a good student and resourceful there are many resources available in the writing center that assisted me and they helped me find scholarships as well. My only concern is where I am to live off campus because the cost of housing here and all students should be required to speak English as group work is hard when international students do not speak English. I wasnt sure at first now I love love love this school the business program is rigorous. I choose it over UC Santa Clara and Saint Marys.
Im a alumni, class of 2017. I called countless times to Student Account to get my tax forms, yet no one ever picked up the call.
ONLY ASIANS. RICH ASIANS. ONLY RICH WHITE PEOPLE. WORST SCHOOL EVER. Dont do it dont do it DONT DO IT. RUDE ADMINISTRATION. UNHELPFUL. THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY TRUST ME.
I despise this school. Transferred here 2 years ago as a biology major and Im still here. I regret every minute of it. Clicky, unsociable, too liberal and what I thought was that there was going to be a huge amount of resources, boy was I wrong. You are at a disadvantage if you are a transfer student so be weary because every single student came from a private school in high school with a lot of resources. If I would have changed it, I would have went to the UC system. yes, yes I know what youre going to say... Its what you make of it with the resources, trust me I made a lot more at a community college with resources than this school.
Based on some of these reviews specifically dope campus check out the girlz im not sure i want to go to a place where people are so douchy

Parent of a Don. Beautiful campus right in the heart of San Francisco.

Gorgeous place, the church is absolutely stunning
Literature department is the best .
My experience from this university is in one word, Unfair. My family is low income because of my parents’ disability status, initially, I was very excited to attend this university, and at the time, my family and I made the deposits required because we read on the university website that the housing deposit could be refunded if I couldn’t attend, and if it was done before July 1st. in the month that followed, our financial situation changed, and my parents told me that it was no longer possible to pay for my college at University of San Francisco. It was still before July 1st, so I called the University seeking a refund of at least the housing deposit of $300, like the website said. They responded back saying that what I read was outdated information and that they no longer offer refunds, even if you haven’t enrolled in classes or gotten a room assignment. I spoke to almost every person on campus, I sent numerous e-mails explaining how we were low income, and the deposits made up a third of what my parents make a month. And still nothing, no one could help, not even my own advisor I was to have. What happened to the Jesuit values that this school was supposed to be founded upon? I am very disappointed by the unfairness of the University, and saddened by the fact that they kept my parents’ $550 worth of deposits, just because they had misleading information on their University website.
Very nice environment. .
You pay for community college education at Standford price because of San Francisco.

At school, maybe because of more races, you will still get closer to your own ethnic group after class, but everyone still respects the foreign culture, nice!
Hopefully I can get useful knowledge here so I can achieve future goals
When we study in Europe, we wonder what it should be to study in the US, the infrastructure is so impressive that one wonders if the teaching is so.
Its one of the best universities in the world.
