Passed the GPHR because of this power-packed study tool . As you work through exam you will say...I remember that! My only regret - I didnt follow the plan! I went rogue and passed...but imagine my score if I trusted the process!! When I qualify for the SPHR and the SCP - I will be back!!

Took my exam today and passed!!! David does an amazing job of offering a variety of study materials for various learning styles (lecture, book, audio files, flashcards and practice exams). I took his course in the first quarter of the year...then COVID came along. I kept putting the test off since they were only offering online proctored tests. 7 months later, I finally decided to just do the online test. Spent two days reviewing the study materials again and taking David’s practice exams. The 7 Principles and his other test tips are such a lifesaver when you are in doubt. Thank you so much David and the Distinctive HR Team!!!

David is the best. He opened a whole new door for me. I had Masters Degree in HR but I was not in this filed for so long. I had to start all over again. I passed my PHR Exam yesterday with tears and emotions. With language barrier, I had to say the exam was extremely difficult for me. But Davids 7 princes helped me tremendously. I will take a break, and will go for my SPHR next year. He is the best instructor. Love you David!

I would highly recommend this course. They lay out a strategic studying plan and provide all the materials to accomplish a passing grade on your exam. I really enjoyed the hybrid learning style, having weekly classes along with a self-paced LMS was perfect for me to study while working full time. David and his team are extremely knowledgeable and take you step by step in preparing for your exam. The course is not only helpful in preparing for your exam but it will also increase your HR knowledge and your value to your organization. Due to Covid-19, the testing schedule was interrupted by they quickly came up with a game plan and extended office hours to keep attendees focused on their exam.

Great program! Due to Covid-19, I was hit with quite a few distractions however, it hasnt stopped me from preparing for my exam. What I love about David and Lark is that theyre knowledge and wisdom surrounding the exams is unmatched! Theyve made the program as seamless as possible and they even extended the use of the online portion of the program through the rest of the year due to the impact of Covid-19. The course information is extremely relevant to anyone who already has a career in HR. For me, a lot of the information is a huge learning curve as my primary focus is in recruiting. Im looking to branch out of this realm, and this has been the perfect class/online course to do that! You wont regret it.

I passed PHR on June 15th 2020 by taking Distinctive HR class for 12 weeks. David has excellent knowledge and extensive experience in HR which helps student to go in a right direction and achieve their goals. His strategy 7 princess is a key to success. My perspective about the certifications completely changed after attending his classes.

Took this prep course and received my PHR on the first try! The course provided several avenues of learning material with the most beneficial of Dave’s lectures and audio tracks! Well worth the investment!

Ive taken this class twice: once in 2012 for my PHR and once in 2020 for my SPHR. I passed both, and I am certain I would not have been so lucky if it were not for Davids classes, materials, and resources. This course is highly organized, gets at the root of the tests themselves, covers tons of material, and provides different tools/resources for every kind of learner. Dont bother with imitations...THIS IS THE COURSE TO TAKE. If you follow his instructions and the material, you will do great.

I used Distinctive HR to study for the PHR exam, which I passed on the first try! I purchased the Self-Study Course Bundle (via HRCI). I loved the variety of materials, especially the audio tracks and the practice questions. I felt as prepared for the test as I could have been. I listened to each audio track at least 3 times and Davids test taking tricks, the 7 Princes, and the practice quizzes were invaluable. Not only did I pass the exam, but I learned so much about the filed in the process. Thank you Distinctive HR Team!

Throughout the course I was nervous. David told us it was normal. Most days I was LOST. David said it was normal. I went against what I was feeling and still trusted David. I sat for the SPHR and on the first try passed with flying colors!!!! If you trust the process and listen to all the nuggets David and his staff give you YOU WILL PASS. There can’t possibly be a better way. Go ahead and take this class!

I took this course for my PHR certification and I felt very prepared for my exam! They do a great job at preparing you for the exam and they provided everything you need to pass the exam! I would take the course again for my SPHR! :)

I took this course for my HR Certification and passed both the PHR and SHRM-CP on the first attempt. Im extremely pleased with the prep program, the expertise and instruction style. I would HIGHLY recommend Distinctive HRs prep class to anybody that asks. Dont waste your time on other prep courses. This one is DEFINITELY well worth time time and money!

I would give more stars if I could! I took this class for the PHR and SHRM-CP and PASSED both tests on the first try. They have a very straightforward methodology with an interactive online study component. I never would have passed without them. David is SO knowledgeable and interacts with students really well, explains things in an easy to understand way and truly seems to care that you pass these exams. Cant thank Distinctive HR enough!

I recently completed the 12 week PHR/SPHR Course from Distinctive HR and easily passed my SPHR exam on the first try. David has a wonderful, encouraging delivery and his methods for prepping, studying and challenging yourself for the exam work perfectly! If you are willing to work hard and follow Davids instruction you will be successful! I would recommend this study course for PHR/SPHR.
