My hard drive went bad. Chris replaced it and transferred all my files and programs. I was up and running without a hitch. Excellent service. Chris was friendly and competent.

I have used Jeevy for several months now and have been very happy with results. Firstly, I was disatisfied with Quicken backup and their lack of response. I then turned to Jeevy whom I heard about from my daughter. After an interview with one of their representatives, I tried them. They send me daily backup reports so I am assured it is working. Secondly, I had a problem with mycomputer that needed expert help for my disc drive which was much more reasonable than Geek Squad for price and my comfort. Thirdly, I am computer inept and Ven came to my home to fix a printer connection problem very efficiently, and taught me how to do a n ew function for me. Highly recommend them.
