Chef Gordon & YCP has been one of the biggest blessings in my life since I joined a few months ago. Chef Gordon and Chef Devin genuinely, sincerely care about your success and do anything they can to help, whether connections or ideas or knowledge, while being hilarious and fun to be around. All of their help and support and belief in me and my product means the world to a non-professional like myself. Chef Gordon will even help you tremendously with the legal set up of your business which I was intimidated by all these years and it was just one more thing that held me back from starting my business. The other clients of his that I’ve met are also so friendly! The environment is really chill, yet everyone is very ambitious and successful, which is exactly the kind of people I want to grow around. The kitchen is in a great location, and I feel safe there even from Midnight until 5am. My membership has been worth every penny and I recommend YCP to anyone looking for a kitchen space to rent.

I hope I can put it all into words. In the hospitality industry, you often run into know it all, fakers, or people that often over promise and under deliver. Im sooooo happy I met Gordon. Such a wonder person to the core. I bought a 3 door fridge and had some mishaps with it, that Ultimately ended up being small issues. He not only helped but stayed in contact with me UNTIL the issue was resolved in a Reasonable time and fashion.So happy to say that I have not only an equipment guy but a SOLID connect that I would refer ANYONE to. Im very new to the operations at Your Culinary Place, but as a professional chef for over 20 years in major markets I have seen more than a few and worked in at least a few commissary kitchens. So far I have been very impressed with Your Culinary Place and with Gordon. There is a lot of space and room to move and store your products. The equipment is well maintained and it is CLEAN. Everyone I have met there so far has been pleasant. Gordon is incredibly accommodating to the needs of your particular operation and willing to go above and beyond to help you be successful. I am launching two businesses out of Your Culinary Place. A Delivery & Curbside pickup business, Bootsys Pot Pies & Other Good Stuff (9/16/20). And a Charcuterie /Smoked & Cured Fish business, SRQ Cured (October). I am looking forward to a long and mutually beneficial relationship with Gordon and Your Culinary Place.

Wow, where to start. Chef Gordon and the amazing people that work there everyday, thank you! I was in town presenting a menu to ownership for a new restaurant. Chef Gordon provided the perfect space for this purpose. He even rented a large round table and chairs last minute, as the attendees grew from 4 to 10. Your Culinary Place is a very clean and professionally operated commissary kitchen. It’s community oriented and great a support system for chefs and start up business.

This guy scammed me out of $700 for a members fee after stating that his services were required by law for my food booth. Turns out he lied and I am still currently fighting for my money back with my credit card company because he had “non-refundable” on the contract, which he purposefully did not mention. This is also my second review because apparently he had the first one removed. How do people get to read honest reviews if the merchant can simply remove any negative ones?

I had a complete tour of his Commercial Kitchen and how it works yesterday and I am amazed at the possibilities for start-up food trucks, caterers, restaurants. Located in Gulf Gate. I was checking to see who was open during COVID19 and how they were operating safely. He was open, and had a complete procedure for safety and explained the whole process as I sanitized hands and signed in, etc. Friendly, knowledgeable. Chef Gordon is great!
