I completed my Intro to Real Estate course on 6/10/21 and took my state exam on 10/7/21. I enjoyed the classes (in person) and felt confident about the information I had received during these classes.The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxed, making it that much easier to attend after working all day. I cant stress enough to participate in the classes and ask questions. My prep for the State Test was reviewing the chapter test and completing the test at the end of the book. I passed on the first try. Dont sweat the math! I can say I used a lot of ruling out wrong answers before coming to my final conclusions. Good Luck!Keith V. Peaton

I was green, knew nothing about real estate before I took my sales associate course in September. I found the course interesting, very through and enjoyed hearing real life stories to bring home a teaching point.Going for my real estate license was not easy. You have to put the time in and do the work: read the book, memorize terminology and attend very class. Ed Klopfer School of Real Estate gives you tools to help in this learning process. One tool I really enjoyed was their audio files. I would play them in the morning when I went for a bike ride.I passed my state exam yesterday the first time and feel confident to begin my new career in real estate. Thank you for your high standard of education and Ill be back to take my post licensure education course after the holidays.

The classes were great, with a strong emphasis the test questions and what to expect and trick questions. Joe tries to keep you engaged and interested. I enjoyed the learning techniques employed..The greatest reason for my 5 star rating was the very friendly office staff. I had an issue with my application and Jan helped walk me through every step of the process as well as assisted me in getting everything over to the right people, create my DBPR account, and get fingerprinted. I feel she went well above and beyond what almost any other person at any other school would have! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to get their real estate license.

So far the course is very great and not too complex. Professor Joe is great with his students and makes sure we all understand everything before moving on. The class it’s self is a bit fast passed but we are focusing on the necessary concepts for the Exams which I appreciate!

5 star experience! I want to start with my first impression of the school. Jan, the office manager who is the first point of contact is SO helpful and knowledgeable on the steps required to obtain your license. She sat with me and walked me thru the process and coming from out of state made this an especially nice touch. She even called the DBPR while I was in class to help with a question. What a fantastic first impression!! The other gentlemen in the office are so friendly and always willing to help as well. Just such a friendly and welcoming environment. Now for my instructor, Gary Benjamin. WOW this guy really knows his stuff! He has been in the business for a long time which is such a plus! His story telling approach to learning is extremely effective. His wit and expertise make the class fun and very interesting. He is absolutely willing to stop class to clarify concepts and focuses on the relevant material for the exam. Don’t get me wrong, this is not an easy process but I feel confident that I will pass the test having Gary as my instructor! I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Ed Klopfer when I first arrived who was lovely and welcomed me to the school. Just such a great choice to start my career in real estate!

I ordered the study guide since I was taking the test as mutual recognition. I am from Chicago and called your office and talked to Jan and Brooks and they were extremely helpful and answered all my questions (and I did call several times with many questions) since I was the taking the test as mutual recognition and in another state. The study guide was filled with an enormous amount of excellent information. Your practice exam questions were harder than the actual state test. I passed on the first attempt. I highly recommend your study guide especially if you are mutual recognition.

The office manager Jan is professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. The brokers are available to answer questions regarding real estate whether via a phone call or in person. All in all, the instruction was excellent!

Mr. Klopfer comes across as incredibly passionate about what he is doing. he seems to care more about the success of his students than the money youre giving him which is rare to find these days. Old school mentality with new school teachings. Would highly recommend this to anybody. It just seemed like everybody that worked there wanted to see me succeed as much as I did.

I cannot say enough good things about this school! I had previously gone to Gold Coast in Palm Beach. I thought that there would be no way that this smaller school could compete but they surely did! From the very first point of contact to after you pass the course, you get treated with kindness and respect. My instructor Joe Paolozzi was the best instructor I have ever received training from. I have an attention disorder and it is usually very hard for me to stay focused; not with Joe. The office is professional, clean, helpful, and kind. They want to see their students succeed. I am excited to go back and see them again for CE hours the Broker’s course.

Was referred to this school by a friend. I could not be more happier with the service I received from them. I took the pre-license course online, and decided to take the exam prep course at the Sarasota location before I took my real estate license state exam. The online course is very interactive so it kept me retaining information, which I needed while taking care of my two year old. I passed my state exam the first try! This school really helps everyone trying to get their licenses. From Jan in the office being very helpful to Gary the instructor giving us tons of state exam prep pointers, I give them all a five star rating!

These folks are the real deal. I took the evening sales associate class with Joe. I work full time and was worried it would be dry and hard to get through. Joe is an excellent instructor and has a great sense of humor. The class was enjoyable and not a chore. Taking the course online is easier, but taking the course in person is a HUGE benefit. He has so much experience in almost every facet related to real estate (banking, mortgages, broker, sales associate, etc.) that he has a real world example for the most complex topics. I am a terrible tester. I have struggled with it my entire life. Because of the folks at Klopfer, I passed the exam the first time. I took an easier state exam, took the course online (not through Klopfer) and did not pass. I truly believe in these instructors. TAKE THE PREP CLASS. I tried an online school first but after watching other instructors on youtube etc I realized that it was not up to date with all of the current information so I decided to go to Ed Klopfer. It was recommended by my current Coldwell Banker team leader so I went. Glad I did because I passed on the first try and immediately started working. This course will give you the tools you need to pass the grueling state exam. Make no mistake- you cannot pass it with an online class! Once passing the class exam, you will want to take the weekend test prep class so you will be ready for whatever the state will throw at you. The state enjoys giving a pass rate of 40%- but with Ed Klopfer School of RE, you will have a much better chance of passing it, if you do the work necessary- but take the live instruction. The camaraderie of your fellow students will add to your experience. Gary is a fabulous teacher/storyteller! Thank you so much, I earned my license yesterday morning!

Gary was an awesome teacher and made concepts memorable via his elaborate stories! Only complaint is that their chairs from 1986 need to be changed asap. Sitting in them for 8 hours a day made me seek out physical therapy. Seriously, its time to make an investment, Klopfer.

No answer when you call. My husband and I paid for a class and it was rescheduled twice, then we were told it was canceled and we would be refunded. Still waiting for them to pick up the phone or call us back. It has been almost a year!

This is an amazing school. i would recommend this school to anyone who is highly interested in the nursing field. the class is hands on and more importantly, I loved the fact that I was able to understand everything.

I have to say is a great school but instructor Joe Paolozzi made a smart comment when I asked him a question and his answer to me was that English is my second language and that I wouldnt understand. I was not happy with his answer, being that English is my second language that doest have anything to do with my question. It sound it a little racist the way he replied.

The different cases of ethics created awareness in our correct and fair behavior in buying and selling residential properties. Did not feel the time during the course. The hours went fast.
