I have had the pleasure of working for smarty pants for over 2 years. All of the directors and owners have the biggest hearts and are the kindest people! I have had such an awesome experience with this company and Ive loved every step of they way! Mrs.Christine is my current director who is such a caring and passionate person. She has guided me to become a better teacher and further my education to better assist all the wonderful and sweet children in our daycare:) Smarty pants preschool is without a doubt the best daycare! I love my smarty pants family!

We have two children attending, our oldest has been there about three years. The staff is all friendly and great with our kids. Family owned with ownership oversight daily. Secure, clean and nice facility. They have a learning curriculum even for the babies. We feel the program is preparing our children well for school, significantly helping them advance educationally and that it is well worth the cost.

My daughter has attended Smarty Pants since she was 12 weeks old and just graduated VPK last week. Im shocked and amazed at how smart she is and can definitely credit the teachers and curriculum at Smarty Pants for that. As I toured many of the local elementary schools recently, I noticed that my daughter already knows pretty much everything that the teachers prepared the parents that the students would learn and work on in kindergarten. She can count to 100 (and beyond) by 1s, 2s, 5s, 10s. She is doing basic addition and subtraction, writes sentences, reads, etc. Not to mention that she comes home with detailed facts on countries around the world and each of the states. They did an awesome job in preparing her for kindergarten.Beyond the curriculum, the teachers are amazing and you can feel that they really love each and every one of the students at their school, especially the family that owns the school. My daughter is constantly asking me to send pics to show Ms. Sarah and Ms. Danielle what she is doing outside of school. She absolutely loves them.The school is also very clean, safe, and organized. I have no regrets in trusting Smarty Pants with some of the most important years of my daughters life and would choose them every time.

I have two daughters that attend/attended Smartypants Preschool and I cannot say enough good things! My eldest daughter is now in first grade and thriving in the accelerated reading program (despite being the youngest in her class #proudmom!), which I have to give Smartypants credit for! Thanks to their consistent, fun, and loving learning environment both my daughters have a huge head start going into school!The University location is a clean, well organized, loving environment that I would highly recommend to anyone interested in giving their kid a home away from home, and a leg up heading into school!

GREAT SCHOOL!!!!Both of my kids attend this school and my wife and I couldnt be happier with the care that we receive. The family and the staff are great, they communicate and let you know everything thats happening. Definitely recommend !!!!!

My family absolutely loves Smarty Pants Preschool. The owners and teachers are extremely professional. My oldest daughter attended Smarty Pants for VPK and I was amazed by how much she learned in that short year. My daughter is now in first grade and has already started her second grade sight words. My 3 year old has been going to Smarty Pants for 2 years now and loves going every day. She has been working on sight words and writing her name. I never thought a 3 year old could accomplish this. I thoroughly recommend Smarty Pants Preschool.

Our Smarty Pants experience exceeded our expectations day-in and day-out. Our daughter transferred from the West Bradenton campus to the Sarasota campus. Both facilities were always kept exceptionally clean and the staff is hands down the best in the business. We will always consider them family and hope to see our grand kids wearing Smarty Pants uniforms someday.I rated them at five stars as the truly offer best-in-class service and you know your children are in great hands the moment you walk through their door. #TheBEST

At first the school seems great, well I fortunately had the opportunity to have an inside look into the facility in Sarasota due to the fact that my Fiancé was also an employee here. Now Danielle the director at this location has a great relationship with my fiancé up until she had to other choice but to leave due to transportation issues and she had the nerves to tell the staff she fired her when in reality she quit. My fiancé wanted to stay because she knew Danielle needed the help and heres why. She hires anyone from anywhere, no experience needed. My cousin got hired there as well and we have no clue how. In my cousins classroom she said the room was filthy, kids throw their toothbrushes all in one bin, the teacher wasnt attentive enough, she said its like most of the people there are there for a job and thats it. Theyre short staff most of the time and some teachers will have anywhere 15-20 students on their own! Its even been brought to our attention that a 16 year old is in there as a assistant. The list goes on. When my fiancé went on interviews, and told them about her last job most of them knew about the establishment. Theyre even referred to as the smarty pants sisters who dont know who to treat their employees or run a business. Please take caution prior to leaving your child in the hands of these ladies. I told my fiancé even if she was still working there I was taking our daughter out!

My son is just about to graduate from VPK at Smarty Pants, the University Parkway location. I could go on and on about how much I love this school and how blessed we were to find it. The facility is always super clean and the teachers are wonderful! It can be a lot caring for a class of 4 & 5 year olds, both of the VPK teachers do an amazing job at keeping the kids actively engaged in learning but also having lots of fun! They do an amazing job at keeping order in the classroom. My child is a bit on the wild side, so finding teachers that could be so loving yet also know when to be just the right amount of firm to keep my son from getting himself into trouble (daily) was so important to me. He has grown so much this year not only academically but socially and emotionally as well. From the moment I walked into Smarty Pants with the fun under the sea murals painted on the walls and met Danielle and Natalie, the School directors who run this amazing family owned and operated preschool, I knew this was the place for us. They are so warm and inviting. They truly care about your child, their needs and academic growth. The education my son received at Smarty Pants in my opinion is head and shoulders above the rest. I have gone through a VPK program at another school with my older child, and in fact you can’t even compare the quality of education between the two. My child comes home from school always telling me fun facts about states and blows me away with how many sight words he knows. My son actually wakes up on the weekends bummed because he doesn’t get to go to school that day. We are truly going to miss this school and the staff. If you’re looking for a great education for your child and want to leave them with people who will genuinely love them like they were a part of their own family than look no further!*** (On a side note) New mothers looking for a place for your baby or younger children. This can be such a stressful and anxiety filled decision on where to leave your child. I know because I went through this myself. All of the classrooms at Smarty Pants have cameras in them! You can look in on your child every day! I have never had a problem with streaming and enjoy getting to sneak a little peak. I can’t tell you how many times I have walked into the school and see the directors themselves snuggling a baby with extra love. I love you and daily hugs are the norm here. I have said more times than I can count “I wish the mothers could see how loved their babies are when they are here.” Clean, friendly, polite and safe… youre making the right decision!!
